I have using kiehls for a year and am obsessed I have tried every brand medical included but the kiehls acne line is the best best ever - I use this on top when my skin is dry and it doesn’t cause breakouts very clean ingredients

Wanted to like it but couldn’t get past the terrible smell and greasy texture.

Great new addition for Retin A user

I’ve used Retin A for almost 10 years and it still makes my skin very dry without a heavy moisturizer when I wake up and by the end of the day. I switched from the Dream Mask from YTTP because of quality issues and have been very impressed by Kiel’s moisturizer. I have oily skin for the most part and the thick texture of this moisturizer did give me pause about whether it would soak in or just make my face greasy. It did the former. My skin is very smooth in the morning. I used to wake up with dry skin on the corners of my eyes and so far haven’t while using this. One possible draw back is that because it is so thick, exfoliating is a must while using this. With the increased cell turn over from the Retin A and the thickness of this product, a layer of dead skin can start to form and I have to rub my face to remove it. Just something to be aware of. If you stay on top of exfoliation, shouldn’t be a problem. It’s also winter and my skin dries out during this time and this product has been great. The smell isn’t pleasant but it’s not bad and hardly noticeable after the first few days of use for me.

Thick and rich.

Insanely moisturizing! Great for dry, mature skin. Non irritating. A little goes a LONG way. Great for neck and chest, too. If you use retin a products, this is a godsend.

Holy grail for dry skin! (Even accutane users!!!)

Incredible product. It’s unmatched. My skin is very dry while on accutane and this overnight mask has changed the game. Aquaphor led to milia so I needed to find something to help support my skin in a similar way while mitigating additional milia. Enter this overnight mask. Even after the first use, overnight my skin is hydrated, less red, and healing. It has become a holy grail in my drawer and an essential product in maintaining my skin’s moisture barrier.

Why did you change the formula?

I’ve been a loyal user of this product for quite a while, and I have genuinely loved the results it used to provide. The original formula had a consistency and effectiveness that really made it stand out from anything else on the market, and I recommended it to many others because of how well it worked. However, with my most recent purchase, it feels like the formula may have changed. The texture seems different, and it doesn’t deliver quite the same results I had come to trust. If there has been a reformulation, I think your customers would really appreciate some transparency about it, because the previous version truly set a high standard. I really hope you’ll consider returning to the original formula or at least offering some clarity regarding any modifications. Customers like me stick around because of quality and consistency, and I would love to continue purchasing confidently without worrying that the product has been altered in a way that reduces its effectiveness. This brand has always seemed to care about its customers and reputation, and I hope that commitment continues moving forward. TOP NOTCH! Does what it claims.

I use this at night instead of a night cream. Very little is needed after serums. It’s beautifully hydrating. I’m in my 70’s & have tried it all & I insist on good quality & that it does what it claims. This I ended up using it nightly. was originally purchased as a weekly mask, but it’s so beautiful

The only thing that worked for my sensitive skin

This is the only product that works on my sensitive, dry, acne prone skin without stinging when it feels extra irritated. I've tried multiple "barrier repair" products (e.g. Skinfix, Tower 28, Laneige) in the past with no success but this has been absolutely amazing. It is a balmy texture that starts off almost solid but melts into your skin with your body temperature. Reminds me of now discontinued Ren Overnight Recovery Balm.
