This brush is fantastic for loose powders. I use this under my eyes and t-zone with Givenchy’s four-shade powder (which, side note smells amazing). If you use a pressed powder, hourglass brush (no.1) works better.

LOVE this brush

LOVE this brush! Dries quickly after cleaning, perfect coverage. The price is high- but the bristles are soft and spread product perfectly.

It’s a great brush! I debated many times whether it was worth to splurge, and I finally made a decision to buy and use it with the La Mer powder. The brush is not too heavy yet too light which gives you full control. It also pick up enough amount of product so that when you apply product on the face, it looks even. Love it! This is a high quality brush and will last you for a long time.

Not worth the price. My Morphe powder brush cost way less, doesn’t shed, & feels softer than this in my opinion.

It is the best powder brush I’ve ever have. Perfect size, very soft and well made. Worth every penny.

Washed once...tips now look weird

When I first got it. This brush the so soft. Washed it once and it became horrible. It pokes my skin now. I wash it how I wash all my other brushes. My sephora brushes still feel amazing... I payed a lot of money for this in hopes for it to be my powder brush. I can see the tips look weird too... I used "clean apothecary solid brush shampoo". I'm pretty disappointed. I used the same brush shampoo for my surrat and that brush still feels softly divine so I'm confused how this brush feels horrible now and the ends look weird. I wouldn't recommend this brush. This is what happen to my brush if this didn't happen to other people with this brush. Good! It's too much money to get a poor brush.

It's pricey but unique and worth it to me. Very full and fluffy, it's denser at the base and softer and lighter towards the tips, which seems to give it a plush and resilient bounce. The bristles do not feel rough or "plastic-y" at all. It conforms to the skin when pressed just enough without disturbing base makeup. I have blemished skin and this brush will set powder over the cream/liquid coverage without moving my product underneath (with a tapping/pouncing motion). You can also buff to blend. There are other less expensive dupes out there for sure and I myself have some before inevitably splurging on this, and in comparing them for my needs, this wins. I have and use mostly natural hair brushes, but this is my favorite synthetic powder brush.

Gorgeous, uber soft, effective powder brush!

It's one of the softest brushes I own and I own two, one for home and one for travel. Provides a light application, blends well and picks up powder well. It's easy to clean and with my sensitive Retin A laden skin there's not a scratchy fiber on this baby. It's pricy yes and with that said, I've found a dupe so to speak in the Ecotools Full Powder Brush. It's equally soft and lovely but I adore the La Mer Powder Brush and it will always be in my collection because if I lost one, I'd buy another in a NY second!

Love it! It’s much bigger and softer than my Mac brush. Perfect for applying bronzer.

definitely worth it!

Like all things La Mer they come with a pricey tag attached that makes them splurge items! I love the fibers of this brush which are super soft and grabs powder easily. I have used the MAC BRUSH CLEANER to quickly clean between uses as well as Dr. BONNERS liquid soap (purchase at whole foods, trader joes, and natural grocer) along with one of those silicone brush cleaning mats. The brush cleanses up well and it's like new after letting it sit upright in a glass to dry. If LaMer made other brushes I would totally purchase the entire set.
