I SWEAR by this product. After I fell for the tik tok double cleansing oil and ruined my skin, this has been the only product that cleared up my forehead chin. I’ve repurchased several times.

Crumbles and piles under moisturiser

Bought a few months ago but finally worked it into my routine. Happy with the feel but unfortunately it crumbles and piles up underneath my The Ordinary moisturiser. And I can't use it under my foundation either for the same reason. I'll have to use it longer to see the results but I don't think I'll buy it again due to the crumbling.

Quick fix for mild acne, redness, inflammation

This product seems to quickly eat up excess keratin and sebaceous filaments, making pores much less visible and dramatically reducing inflammation. Within less than a week, it has cleared up some persistent clogged pores, small breakouts, and most of the redness that usually lingers for weeks after inflammation. If I use it daily all over it is a bit drying so I’m trying spot treatments every other day. My skin tone is noticeably more even than it’s been for months, makeup application is easier, and I’m using much less makeup anyway due to improved skin quality.

Helped my redness so fast

After seeing this recommended so often for redness I finally tried it out and I wish I bought it sooner. A little goes a long way and the results were nearly immediate. The photos are only one week and one day apart. Love it!

Scars and hormonal acne faded away

I absolutely love this moisturizer and mix this with The Ordinary's Natural Moisturizing + HA moisturizer! I have hormonal acne and it is prone to scarring. I have not had this in my regimen in some time due to other products I have wanted to try, and I must say I refuse to purchase any other moisturizers. These two are my holy grail, and I wish I took before and after photos to show the improvements they've made on my skin! My current regiment is 1-Squalene Cleanser, 2-Saccharomyces Ferment 30% Milky Toner, 3-Niacinamide & Vitamin C, 4-Azelaic Acid Suspension & Natural Moisturizing Factors + HA moisturizers. My skin is quite oily especially in my T-zone, and not sensitive to products.

Great for acne prone skin

Works quickly. Great for acne, not bad for hyperpigmentation. Note: it is very drying (this is as an oily skinned person), but nothing a good moisturizer can't fix.

Cleared my slight acne in 4 weeks

I’ve been using this product for over four weeks and it has cleared almost all of my acne and texture on my face. I wouldn’t recommend for dry skin people because even for somebody who doesn’t have dry skin it is still pretty  drying.

Contains Hydroxyethyl Acrylate & Polysilicone-11

What a shame this product contains Hydroxyethyl Acrylate/Sodium Acryloyldimethyl Taurate Copolymer and Polysilicone-11. I won't be buying it again for this reason. As liquid nanoplastics, they are even worse than the microplastics we all know and hate. They pose dangerous risks to the environment and to human health. Please seriously consider removing Hydroxyethyl Acrylate/Sodium Acryloyldimethyl Taurate Copolymer and Polysilicone-11 from this product.

Extremely Positive Results!

Like so many people, I am not one to write a review but I wanted to share with you how my skin has completely cleared from acne/excessive oil since starting using The Ordinary. I am 39 and have struggled with acne all my life, I have always had daily spots, tried multiple antibiotics, roaccutane, contraceptive pills and various teen to adult skin care ranges from high st to expensive brands and under the care of skin specialists and never found a routine that has consistently worked. Having done lots of research and read countless reviews on The Ordinary I decided to give them a try. During the first 4 weeks I saw a mild purge and a noticeable improvement, I am now 2 months in and I can say my acne is gone. I thought I would share my routine to anyone like me who has suffered for years and endlessly searching for a cure. Morning Routine 1. The Ordinary Glucoside Foaming cleanser (double cleanse - removes makeup) 2. The Ordinary Niacinamide 10% with Zinc 1% (pea size amount) 3. Eucerin Factor 50 Oil Control Sunscreen (use as moisturiser) Evening Routine 1. The Ordinary Glucoside Foaming cleanser 2. The Ordinary Niacinamide 10% z with Zinc 1% (pea size amount) 3. The Ordinary Azelaic Acid Suspension 10% (pea size amount) 4. The Ordinary Natural Moisturising Factors with Beta Glucan In the first 4-6 weeks I used The Ordinary Charcoal Face Mask once a week in an evening which helped clear my skin but no longer need to use this now. You can’t use the Azelaic Acid the same evening you use this, all other products listed above can be used the same and back to normal the next night.
