Love love love this

I have been using this cleanser exclusively since the very early days of "the ordinary" and won't change now. I've always struggled to find a cleanser that removes makeup without drying, and this leaves my skin so clean & soft. Just turned 70, and people are surprised...what more can I say.

Cleanses well and leaves skin feeling soft

Cleanses really well and feels very gentle on the skin. Not drying at all. I bought the supersized pack when it was on offer and it is going to last for absolutely ages as you need very little.

Not for me

I really didn't like this product. I didn't have any reactions or anything bad happen, but I just didn't feel like it worked very well. For starters I strongly disliked the balm/oil texture of this. It felt weird on my skin and left me feeling oily and not clean. This one was just not the right one for me.

Gentle Yet Effective!

I used to have extremely dry skin, but since switching to this product my skin is more balanced than ever! I can even tolerate a mild retinol! I also have sensitive skin and I can use this twice daily with no problem. This has become essential in my skincare routine. My only critique is that you have to use a good amount to wash your whole face. Make sure your face isn't wet before you apply and that you rinse after. If your face is wet initially it will completely wash away without cleaning your skin. Other than that, I'm totally in love!

Fantastic

Love this so much. Doesn't strip my skin, leaves it so soft and completely clean. No tightness. Plus rinses off really well so I don't need to scrub my face like some balm cleansers. Fantastic

Pump for the large size please

This new large size could really do with a pump bottle, I was quite dissapoited when I saw the large squirt bottle.

Must use forever

I never had good skin. Acne for so long, now, sun damage, skin cancer, the things that "catch up." I'm in my early 70s, work out like a fiend, and it works, and use The Ordinary. I look like I'm 55, not kidding. This moisturizes my aging (Aren't we all?) skin beautifully with no greasy feel. It's a staple in my The Ordinary regimen that changes annually when I "check in" with the team here. How amazing that we can talk to someone in 2025??? I can't imagine that this won't be on my shopping list TFN. Oh, and I do not do reviews. But when something is this good for this long...(Or, I didn't do reviews.)

Great year round all purpose cleanser

I’ve been using this cleanser exclusively for several years. I literally melts makeup including waterproof mascara, and leaves my skin feeling great. No tightness. No dryness. But also not greasy.

"non" absolu

ne peut fonctionner que comme démaquillant. Il est impossible de l'utiliser comme gel nettoyant. Après une semaine d'utilisation, tout mon visage était couvert de comédons. après le lavage, on n'a pas l'impression que la peau est propre

Absolutely AMAZING!

First time I tried this cleanser I was disappointed but it’s because I didn’t use it right. You have to rub the cleanser till it turns into this oil like consistency and then clean your face with it. I wear a lot of makeup and just a pea size amount is enough to remove it ALL. No eye irritation. Absolutely the best and so affordable

Great Product

I bought this cleanser a month ago and am telling you it works.Have been having problems with face cleanser,spending money buying from professional to organic and they all affect my eyes but this is perfect,no burning eyes,no waking up with swollen eye lids,oh am so happy.
