[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This shampoo feels like a luxury spa day bottled up. It’s lightweight but actually gets my scalp super clean without stripping my hair into straw. I have fine, breakage-prone strands, and usually “fortifying” shampoos make them feel stiff—but this one leaves them soft, shiny, and bouncy. I also noticed way less hair stuck in my brush, which is basically the dream. The scent is classic Kerastase—fresh, elegant, and makes you feel like you’re washing your hair in a fancy Paris hotel. It lathers nicely, rinses easily, and pairs perfectly with the conditioner. If you deal with oily roots and fragile lengths, this hits the sweet spot.

Clean and fresh

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This shampoo suds really well and left my scalp feeling clean without feeling dry and stripped. I like that it didn’t make my hair too tangly and I have bleached hair so that is sometimes an issue. Easy to rinse out and my hair didn’t feel overly dry before using the mask. I love the design of this bottle, it is perfect for traveling and not worry about spilling. It is easy to squeeze and get the perfect amount of product. I just am not a fan of the scent, while it smells clean it also smells powdery like an old woman scent.

Amazing smell

I recieved this product for honest review from influenster. The main thing i want to share is that the smell is amazing! Shampoo packaging is a little small wish it was bigger because its very expensive but still the texture and effect is so good that worth buying it.

Great hair without the breakage!

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This little bottle does a lot! This is a fortifying shampoo for dry weakened hair prone to breakage. My hair is very prone to breakage and I loved how well this cleaned my hair without having to get too rough on my scalp. It lathers nicely, smells heavenly (light floral scent), and rinses out well for clean soft hair.

A keeper for thinning hair!

Powerhouse

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This is absolutely the most expensive price-per-ounce shampoo I’ve ever used, but gosh it is worth it. The Kérastase Genesis shampoo and masque combo have been surprisingly a powerhouse for my dry, weak hair postpartum. I have no buildup on my scalp, my hair is clean, and it’s moisturized. I do wish we could do away with the sparkles and the scents in this day and age. None of that is good for us or necessary. I also have never loved a screw top cap in the shower, as it requires both hands to be free to open and close the bottle. 

I wish it didn’t workout because it is a pretty penny. But wow this shampoo really helped with making my hair strong. I used to brush my hair and would loose so much hair and now it’s no where compared. Saw reviews that it worked right away, but for me it took almost the whole bottle to see changes.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Kérastase Genesis Bain Hydra-Fortifiant Shampoo I’ve been using the Genesis Bain Hydra-Fortifiant Shampoo and it has quickly become a staple in my routine. This shampoo is formulated for hair that’s weakened or prone to breakage, which is exactly what I struggle with. It contains Edelweiss Native Cells and Ginger Root, both known for their protective and fortifying properties. What really stands out to me is how well it balances cleansing with care. It deeply clarifies my scalp, removing buildup and controlling oil without ever leaving my hair stripped or dry. By the second or third wash, I noticed such a difference—my scalp felt cleaner, lighter, and free of that residue that my old curly hair shampoos were secretly leaving behind. The fragrance is gorgeous, light, and refreshing, making each wash feel like a salon experience. My hair feels stronger, fresher, and more resilient with each use, and I’ve definitely noticed less shedding and breakage during brushing.
