So far, so okay

I’ve been using it consistory, slowly but surely I think I’m getting results. That being said it’s been some time now and I’m not entirely satisfied, hopefully it will go up from here and I’m not delusional.

Good product, delivers on the claims

I have used the drops almost everyday for a month. My preferred method of hair removal is waxing. I have noticed it did help in preventing ingrown, especially around intimate areas. I haven't noticed a great tone correction, just a slight one. Because of the nature of the product, I had to shake it for a few second and then apply it really quickly otherwise the serum would separate - which I understand it has to be done but was a bit frustrating at times

Best product ever!!

Best product ever! I was a bit skeptical when I got this if it would actually work and would I get much use out of it or would I get a chemical burn etc. I had an ingrown hair recently and finally tried this to see if it would do its job….and it really did work almost immediately! Within a few minutes any redness or swelling resolved. It was completely gone the next day. Not only that, the darkness in the area also was corrected! The formula is also so gentle it did not burn or irritate. It is an absolute essential to have in my cabinets. I will definitely buy again

not itchy

just drop to hair and do not wash, good for correcting hair also not itchy as I have used other brand and feels sensitive so it is not that sensitive to hair, highly recommend to use twice to third a week.

Effective product

This product has worked well since I’ve been using it & it hasn’t resulted in any adverse reactions. You need to make sure you shake the bottle well before using it, as per the instructions, and it seems to be effective & is helping my skin already.

Great product for ingrown hair sufferers

Great product if you’re prone to ingrowing hairs, easy to apply and absorbs well. I’m excited to see if with continued use it helps with discolouration as an additional benefit, as so far no ingrown hairs since using.

Good product

It's a great product, it does what it says on the tin. Had a few problem ingrown hairs and definitely softened the area. Definitely worked on releasing them and made the area much more comfortable. My partner thought it worked well too.

Really works wonders

Really works I always suffer with shaving rash and ingrown hairs when shaving the intimate area this has soothed the area and has prevented ingrown hairs I use after shaving it's a very watery consistency

Extremely Effective

I am a male who grooms my body as well as a beard. This product works very well and I am happy with the results provided. Many other products of a similar nature I have used have a strong smell associated but this doesn’t.

I've been using Kiehl's Ingrown and Tone Correcting Intimate Drops and I'm honestly impressed with the results. Reduces ingrown hairs: I noticed a real difference in how quickly my ingrown hairs cleared up. After shaving, I'd usually get a few stubborn bumps, but since using this product, my skin looks smoother and feels less irritated. Evens out skin tone: the dark spots and uneven tone I had from previous ingrown hairs and irritation have definitely faded. My skin looks brighter and more even which is exactly what I'd hoped for! Gentle formula: my skin can be sensitive, but I haven't had any bad reactions. There's a slight tingling right after I apply it, but it goes away quickly and doesn't sting. Quick absorbing: the drops sink in fast and don't leave any sticky residue, so I can get dressed right after using it. In terms of what could be impressed, the formula separates so you have to shake the bottle really well before each use. The dropper can be a bit messy, so I started applying it with a cotton pad, which helps. Overall, I'm happy with the Kiehl's intimate drops, as it's made a noticeable difference in my skin after shaving and I feel a lot more confident with my skin. If you struggle with ingrown hairs or dark spots in sensitive areas, I'd recommend giving this a try!

Seems a good idea, better instructions would be good ,to know just where safe to use. Did help on neck shaving ingrown hairs.not sure if ok on the most personal areas where most needed after shaving there
