Excellent mascara, ne fait pas de paquet, la brosse dispose la matière facilement, il tient en place toute la journée, et se démaquille facilement.

Please bring back the burgundy mascara!

I keep looking for the burgundy mascara but seems you've stopped selling it. Please bring it back - nothing compares to it. Volume Effet Faux Cils mascara is excellent for my very thin eyelashes and really does increase the volume and length.

Thick formula unusable

This is probably the worst mascara I’ve ever purchased. The formula is extremely thick and unusable—it was like that right from the start. I regret not returning it. Save your money and avoid this product.

formula changed and no longer is good

I have used this mascara almost everyday for the past 25 years and it has been amazing. I would always get compliments from people. No other mascaras ever came close. Recently, however, within the past year or so, I noticed the formula changed and it's no longer the same consistency. At first, I thought I had received a defective product. But then the next one I purchased was the same, and they have continued being the same. The new formula is awful. Very clumpy, and impossible to wash off. It leaves residue that's very hard to remove and stays on forever. It often would look like tarantula lashes because it's so thick and clumpy. For most of the 25 years I bought color #5, the burgundy color. It was the best. Then the color was discontinued and it was so sad and I had to switch to black. Now the formula has been changed and it's not good, and now it seems indefinitely out of stock. This product was perfection for so many years, why did it have to change!

Formula has changed

I am so disappointed in this mascara. I have used it for over 20 years and recently the formula has changed. It has a horrible smell and is much thicker. I pray the formula goes back to the original because it WAS amazing and my tired and true.
