Even Better™ Pore Defying - Primer

Really disappointed!

I purchased this product a couple of months ago and I'm really disappointed in it. The previous definer 'INSTANT PERFECTOR INVISIBLE DEEP' was a far superior product and seemed to work its magic straight away..... I loved it!! Why Clinique felt it necessary to change a product that appears to have suited women for years, is beyond me. Although reviews on this site are mainly positive, elsewhere this is not the case. Sorry, but I shan't be purchasing this product again.

Absolute garbage of a duct - do not waste your money

Very disappointed to find that Pore Refining Solutions has been discontinued from your inventory. Pore Defying Primer is definitely not a replacement for it and is absolute garbagem what a waste of money. Why in the world would you discontinue such a great product as Pore Refining Solutions and try to replace it with this? I'll bet you never had a complaint with Pore Refining Solutions, but you have many discontent customers such as I with this new Pore Defying Primer. This Pore Defying Primer does not perform like Pore Refining Solution, which I have used for over 20 years. Please bring back the original Pore Refining Solution product.

Feels nice but goes 'bitty'

Feels lovely on its own & makes my skin look smoother, however, if I put foundation or cc cream on top it clumps into tiny bits and feels awful. If it would not react with the foundations/cc creams I get (which are also Clinique) it would be great.

a staple in my collection.

i’ve been using this primer for over a year now. i do switch between using this primer and the clinique light reflecting primer & i genuinely love both of them! this primer is one that you don’t need a lot of, and i find it works best with proper skincare underneath. i use moisture surge before i put it on and use estee lauder double wear foundation for reference.

Preso in occasione di un matrimonio. Lo sto continuando ad usare, ma non vedo l'ora di finirlo... il silicone rimane solido durante la stesura e anche a contatto col calore di mani e viso fatica a sciogliersi... dopo 3 ore si scalda del tutto lasciando il viso unto. Ho una pelle mista.

Claggy and ruins my foundation base

I was really disappointed with this primer. I swapped from another brand as I like your moisturisers but found this primer didn't go on well, clumped when I applied foundation and made my fine lines look worse! Plus made my skin feel dry when I had makeup on. Not impressed and feel I've wasted money.

Great primer!

I've been using this primer for the past couple weeks - it really blurs my pores, and my skin is hydrated and even when applying foundation. Really like the texture on the skin too!

Nice Primer

I have been testing out this primer for a few weeks now, and loving it under my foundation, melts in to the skin and doesn't leave it greasy! love the Even Better range.

Great primer for all my skin needs!

I have been trying this primer for the first time over the past couple of weeks and I love it! Having an oily/combination skin type the niacinamide definitely is key in helping my makeup stay in place all day, but the hyaluronic acid keeps me from looking dry. It blends lovely and sits great under my foundation, and minimizes my pores which is a must for me! Would 100% recommend.

Super smooth!

I love this primer, it a really super smooth texture which blends beautifully onto this skin. It sits really nicely underneath my foundation and helps it to stay on longer.
