As many of us do, my skin gets a bit dry in the winter and I thought I’d give this a try. Within two days of using this the area to which I’d applied it was covered in painful cystic acne. I haven’t had cystic acne in years. I stopped using it for a week to see if it was something else that had caused the acne and tried using it again on a different part of my face. Unfortunately then that part of my face broke out in cystic acne too. Not only does this stuff not help the dry skin or redness, but it pills terribly and ruined my previously clear skin. I found ultra repair balm by first aid beauty that has helped my dryness and not make me break out. I suggest that instead!

great for skincare, not for under makeup/ skin pre

As a skincare product alone, this is extremely hydrating, soothing and has a nice texture that glides across the skin. It makes my skin look like glass in the morning and absorbs nicely over night. However, do not wear this under makeup. I find that if I put anything over this product it causes the makeup or other skincare to peel off which must be to do with the ingredients. I recommend this product for anyone with pink undertones and sensitive skin, but not for skin prep for makeup!

FIRST AID BEAUTY OIL CONTROL GEL MOISTURIZER DUPE!! If you are mourning the discontinuation of the FAB oil control moisturizer, this is the closest substitute I have found in terms of texture, scent (none), and sinking into skin quickly leaving no oily/sticky feeling.

Lovely for acne-prone, redness, dry skin!

I love the cicapair sheet masks and wanted to try more of the line because my skin has been so red this winter and I had a bad reaction to azelaic acid. This is the only moisturizer in the line that has no pore clogging ingredients. It is the most unique texture. It is lightweight like a gel but more like a pudding consistency so it's still really hydrating. I love it and using this, the serum and the sheet masks my skin is rarely red or irritated even using retinol. The only reason I am taking a star off is the lid is so hard to get on and off, it doesn't line up easily.

Never gotten more compliments on my skin after using this for a month. Super velvety finish and feels great on my extremely sensitive and dehydrated skin. Only thing that has worked after 100+ products. Although expensive, this is and will continue to be my holy grail.

A must have

This is the first time I am using this moisturiser and couldn't be happier with it. It is a gel, so it's feel heavy or greasy and my skin feels hydrated for hours. I can layer it with other products without peeling and has a very subtle scent. I would recommend this product.

Excellent to calm irritation

I love this. I’ve been using it 30 mins after applying retin-a and it cools and calms my skin . However the laneige cica balm is my favorite. I would recommend this to people struggling with redness and sensitivity.

Sensitive skin n summer happy

Absolutely my summer favorite! Even though I do use this year round summer is when I use it daily. Sometimes I’ll just put this on with a tinted moisturizer and skin is great for the day!

Quickly Relieves Irritation

This gel moisturizer and the cream version are the only products that quickly stops the stinging and burning sensation on my face when I have worn a product that my skin was not compatible with. This moisturizer line is actually amazing. Glad to have taken a chance on this product and it worked to relieve my face quickly.

My face had a terrible reaction, it felt like it was burnt, it was very painful and my skin was dry and it looked like a had dermatitis.
