Lovely for acne-prone, redness, dry skin!

I love the cicapair sheet masks and wanted to try more of the line because my skin has been so red this winter and I had a bad reaction to azelaic acid. This is the only moisturizer in the line that has no pore clogging ingredients. It is the most unique texture. It is lightweight like a gel but more like a pudding consistency so it's still really hydrating. I love it and using this, the serum and the sheet masks my skin is rarely red or irritated even using retinol. The only reason I am taking a star off is the lid is so hard to get on and off, it doesn't line up easily.

Super hydrating and definitely helped with my rosacea

Never gotten more compliments on my skin after using this for a month. Super velvety finish and feels great on my extremely sensitive and dehydrated skin. Only thing that has worked after 100+ products. Although expensive, this is and will continue to be my holy grail.

A must have

This is the first time I am using this moisturiser and couldn't be happier with it. It is a gel, so it's feel heavy or greasy and my skin feels hydrated for hours. I can layer it with other products without peeling and has a very subtle scent. I would recommend this product.

Excellent to calm irritation

I love this. I’ve been using it 30 mins after applying retin-a and it cools and calms my skin . However the laneige cica balm is my favorite. I would recommend this to people struggling with redness and sensitivity.

Sensitive skin n summer happy

Absolutely my summer favorite! Even though I do use this year round summer is when I use it daily. Sometimes I’ll just put this on with a tinted moisturizer and skin is great for the day!

Quickly Relieves Irritation

This gel moisturizer and the cream version are the only products that quickly stops the stinging and burning sensation on my face when I have worn a product that my skin was not compatible with. This moisturizer line is actually amazing. Glad to have taken a chance on this product and it worked to relieve my face quickly.

Don’t purchase, save your money and your skin.

My face had a terrible reaction, it felt like it was burnt, it was very painful and my skin was dry and it looked like a had dermatitis.

Was okay

I purchased the whole cicapair sensitive skin line. I was having some serious issues with my skin lupus flare/rosacea/ allergic rxn we aren’t sure what caused it but my skin was in desperate need of some major help. Super red and extremely swollen. I purchased this line in hopes to help calm and at least soothe my skin. The only product that helped me get some sort of relief was this product and the cicapair mask. Everything else burned so seriously bad. Like extremely bad. I returned everything but the mask as I had stuff already at home that would work better. I was so disappointed as I guess I had high expectations for getting some sort of relief. But honestly for the price it just wasn’t even worth it to keep. PIC: Was what I was dealing with-this product did NOT cause this.

It really moisturizing 

I’ve used this for a little bit and I haven’t broken out my skin is really sensitive so it’s been pretty great . It’s easy to apply although the mouth of the jar it’s hard to use your knuckle to get it out so if you have long nails you might need an applicator . Other then that I say it does what it claims to.nails you long nails you might have to get an applicator

Je voulais vraiment aimer ce produit, mais ma peau refuse de l'absorber. Cela fait des peluches sur ma peau après application. La sensation sur ma peau est désagréable, le contraire d'apaisant. Mes rougeurs n'ont pas diminué malheureusement.

Disappointed

Broke me out. Makes my skin very dry. Doesn't cover the redness much either.
