However, when I get menstrual cycle hormonal acne or when my face feels irritated i slather it on my face before a shower. I wash it off while in the shower and my face feels so soft and supple. Then once I moisturize my skin glows. It really does what it says and I’m def making it part of my routine.

I've used this mask for 10+ years now, and whenever my skin is feeling a little more sensitive than usual, I use this for 5 or so minutes and my skin calms down. It smells wonderful in a very light floral and sweet way from the natural ingredients (not fragrance). The jar lasts me a year of weekly use.
