    Rated 1 di 5 di da Faulty twist I like the product but I am not happy with the applicator. There is no way to get more product/sharpen it beyond the original nib and it's a pretty expensive thing to be able to use 3 or 4 times. Clearly, others have had this same problem. The end seems to twist, but nothing comes up. If you try to sharpen it like a regular pencil, the plasticy "wood" doesn't sharpen well and the product is too soft by comparison so you are likely to just break it off. At first, I thought I had just bought a bad one that didn't twist up properly, but the replacement is the same. This product sucks MOSTLY because of a poorly-designed delivery mechanism.
