Nice lip moisturizer.

I like this lip moisturizer a lot. I would not call it a balm. It is more like a liquid/gloss. But it is nice. Even though it's a small container, it lasts! I would recommend.

Wonderful product. Horrible packaging.

Love the lip balm.Feels wonderful. Absolutely hate the packaging. The only thing it has going for it is it's cute. It's so hard to squeeze the balm out. And you can't get it all out without cutting it open. I would love to buy it again, but in a straight tube made with less rigid plastic. Would give it 5 stars with better packaging.

Bottle is tough to open

Seems to work well, feels healing and has a nice texture, lightweight but stays on for a while, makes my lips feel smooth. I look forward to trying it next time my lips get sunburned. I took off a star because the bottle is very hard to open. I had to open it with my teeth last time.

Mid

Works for about 5 mins then you have to re apply. It doesn't hydrate for longer than 5 to 10 mins. Lips go back to being dry. It feels nice though. But not worth the hype.

YELLOW?

I bought this a few weeks ago and everything was working perfectly until today, I'm applying it on my lips and I realise that it has turned yellow. I'm sure this cannot be normal but I probably just got a defect.

A disappointment

I really don't like this one. Yes the bottle is innovative, but in some cases you don't need to reinvent the bicycle so to say. It was so difficult to open, and then the top cracked too. It' not even great. It moisturizes lips just as much as other simpler Vaseline products. A disappointment from a company that usually delivers.

Love the balm - the bottle not so much!

Very nice lip balm! Really takes care of dry chapped lips. One star less than perfect as the container is a pain… hard to get the lid off and to get the product out. Please revisit - a small flat screw top recyclable ‘jar’ would be so much better.

Nope

This does absolutely nothing for my lips. I’ve gone back to my regular lip balm that’s very inexpensive yet effective. Even the cap doesn’t stay on. I’ve found it on the floor a few times.

Difficult to open

The cap/lid on this product is stupidly difficult to get off. I'm only 40 and it's difficult for me, so I couldn't imagine someone with any sort of hand/finger issues trying to open this. It's also hard to close and takes some pressure to get it to twist back on so that it's properly closed. I've read the reviews on the last bit of the product being difficult to get out, and I could totally see that as being a problem with the type of packing it's in. Unless this product REALLY WOW's me, this will probably be the first and last time I purchase this particular item.

Cher !

Ce baume à lèvres est vraiment cher par rapport à son efficacité. Il s'applique humide mais sèche très vite - à déconseiller aux personnes qui ont les lèvres sèches ! Je suis déçu car The Ordinary est une marque très économique - pourquoi ce baume à lèvres est-il plus cher que l'un de leurs sérums pour le visage ?

Meg on the balm

The product dries too quick to offer protection from dry air etc Also the container is cute but I have to shake it and squeeze to get product out, if done incorrectly it will gloop out wasting product.

Needs new packaging

The product is great on my lips, but the packaging needs to change. If you have arthritis in your hands it is very difficult to use.
