I love the gentle rose scent. This cleanses without drying. You can apply without water to melt off makeup, even around eyes.

Use this for soft skin!

I love this cleanser. It melts on your skin and feels so luxurious. It doesn't take much so it will last you a long time! My face always feels so soft when I use this and follow it with my Absolue soft cream!! *Heaven*

Luxurious Cleanser

I absolutely love this product. The balm melts in your hands and on your face into a great cleanser. Will definitely buy again.

Pamper yourself!

The first time I applied this product to my face, I said "oh my!' The feel is so luxurious I don't want to stop cleansing my face. Yes, it's pricey but so worth it. The good news is that the application paddle has multiple quantity markers, and you can achieve superior cleansing with the smallest amount. You may need to step it up for makeup removal of course, but I have only used on a 'clean' face so cannot attest to the products performance for makeup removal.

Feels great on face

I was disappointed that Lancome discontinued the absolue precious oil drops and cleanser as I really liked both of those items for my dry skin. With that said, I love this cleansing balm (be careful around the eyes, burns a little) I hope they do not discontinue this. A little goes a long way as well,

Expensive - not worth the price

I love the Absolue line but for this product - not so much. I don’t think it is better than Crème Radiance or any other Lancôme’s foaming cleansers.After reading the reviews, I thought it would easily remove my eye makeup. In fact it burns my eyes. But overall, it does clean my face and removes makeup but I just don’t see the value in this product. I’m going back to Crème Radiance and using my Bi-facil to remove eye makeup.

Lovely Facial Cleanser!

This cleanser does not work as a balm on my skin - I don't get any of the melting balm effects, other than maybe a little bit if I warm and blend it in my palm before applying it to my face and neck, but, as a foaming cleanser it is wonderful. I have sensitive eyes, but I can still clean my eye makeup off with no stinging. My skin is left very soft and clean, I have had it for a month now and there is barely a dent in this beautiful, large golden tub of product. A little goes a long way, which has really increased its value for me and why I will buy it again.

Living Luxuriously

I purchased this cleanser for my Mother for Mother’s Day. All all the Lancome products she uses, I belie this is one of her favorites. She says it has the smoothest application and works wonders. Luxurious is the term she uses.
