The saleswoman then recommended that I try the Velvet Rose, and as soon as I smelled it I asked for a full bottle. It is very deep and beautiful. It gives off "old money" vibes. Th damask rose is strong but not overwhelming. Overall, this cologne makes you feel warm and elegant. It's the first fragrance I have bought from Jo Malone and I will definitely be repurchasing. Important to note that a little goes a long way!

    Rated 5 di 5 di da Beautiful Oud Cologne Velvet Rose and Oud is one of the best entry-level oud cologne for somebody who loves oud but doesn't want it to be too loud as oud often has a very strong projection. This one is subtle and the rose note isn't prominently rosy. It's a perfect balance of the floral and woody notes. Suitable for evening event but not offensive to wear at the office in the morning. Gorgeous.
