Nice hair mask!

The shu uemura urban moisture hair mask is pretty good. The formula is already making a difference in my hair. I have noticed that my hair is softer and less dry. The scent is light and fresh and I don’t feel like a lot is needed when applying. This can be a good thing when considering how pricey this item is.

Not Giving This Up!

This mask came just in time. I was revamping my hair care routine and looking for more moisturizing products to include. I realized that I had not incorporated enough conditioning measures during my wash days and as a result, my hair was dry. I have type 4 and type 3 hair all in one scalp so it has been very challenging to maintain a balance of moisture throughout. My hair is low porosity so it fights me when I add moisture. Once I started using this mask, I noticed my hair detangle time drastically reduced. It was already getting easier because of the tangle teaser comb I had, but this made my hair feel like butter. My silk press started coming out like salon quality and I never was able to achieve that before! It has a creamy, thick consistency and feels like butter when it goes on your hair. I'm not a fan of the faint fragrance it has, but that's a very minor issue compared to the results I get. The last time I used the mask, I left it in overnight and added some of Amika's Soul Food mask with it. My hair was SOFT when I rinsed it out. I did a silk press and my hair is so shiny. I get so many compliments from all ethnic backgrounds. This stuff is gold!

I have been using this hair mask for the past few weeks and have been loving the results! I use it about once a week so as to not overuse the mask. After shampooing, I apply a small amount of the hair mask all throughout the ends of my hair and let it sit for about 10 minutes. Then I rinse out completely. I have naturally wavy hair and it enhances my waves so well. It decreases frizz and defines my waves so nicely. It also leaves my hair very soft! Overall with the sleek design of the tub it is a very luxurious experience using this product!

I’ve been using this hair mask for a little over a week now and I can honestly say that it has made such a difference in the quality of my hair! It feels so soft and shiny after I dry it and makes my hair feel so healthy! This will continue to be a staple in my daily shower routine!

Urban Moisture? More like Urban Mystery

So, I bought Shu Uemura Urban Moisture because my hair is drier than my social calendar during a pandemic. The packaging looks chic, and the promise of soft, hydrated locks had me dreaming of a silky mane, flowing like a shampoo commercial. But let me tell you—my hair soaked up this stuff like it was on a desert island with no hope of rescue. The scent? Delightfully bougie, like someone bottled the essence of a luxury spa, but... my hair? Still thirstier than a cactus in a heatwave. I kept waiting for that "Urban Moisture glow," but instead, I got "Urban Guesswork." Some days it felt soft, other days my hair decided it wanted to cosplay as straw. Maybe it works if you're living in a city with a steady 72°F and zero humidity—so, not for me in my real-world weather struggles. Would I recommend it? Maybe... if your hair’s a diva that only drinks imported water. Otherwise, you might be better off just giving your hair a pep talk. Verdict: My hair's still dry, but at least it smells expensive.

Luxurious hair mask!

I’m in love with this hair mask. It’s hydrating, lightweight and a little bit goes a long way. Smell is not very strong. It feels luxurious. Shuemura never disappoints.

Absolutely loving the shu uemura Urban Moisture Deep Hydration Treatment Mask for Dry Hair! Depending on dryness, sometimes I use a little more. But a little goes a long ways. I leave in hair for 10 minutes. Rinse out and dry as needed. Smells amazing. My hair is smoother and less frizzy after using. The texture is a thick cream so it doesn't running all over hands when applying to hair. I recommend

I Looooovvvvve this product. This is now my go-to hair products. The smell is soft in which I wish it had a little bit of a stronger smell. But how it made my hair feel like silk is what reeled me in. It left my hair so silky and soft afterwards in which it’s what my hair actually needs. I def. will buy this when I run out.

I recently tried the Shu Uemura Urban Moisture line, and I must say, the luxurious scent is one of its standout features. To maintain the results throughout the day, I found it works best when paired with a good hair oil. Overall, it’s a great product for a short-term boost in softness and shine, but you might need to layer it with other treatments for prolonged results.

A must have for damaged hair

After using this product for a while now it has tremendously made a change to my hair. My hair has been a bit damaged and after using this to change that it has gotten a lot softer and more softer. Everyone uses hair masks differently but the way I used it was how it helped me and my hair. I would simply apply a little because a little goes a long way and leave it on for a few hours before washing. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to make their hair softer and repair any damage
