I was using the dewey gel moisturizer from this line and while I really the freshness of it, I needed something a bit thicker with anti-aging properties as a woman in her mid 30s. I really love the texture of this one, it's like a creamy butter that sinks in and leaves my face/neck so soft and supple all day. it looks so plump and dewey. a little bit goes a long way. I'm surprised there's so many recent 1 star reviews, I have dry sensitive skin and had no bad reactions, but I guess everyone is different. definitely a big fan of this moisturizer.

Two ingredients in this directly cause irritation!

BEWARE! If you have rosacea, acne, combo or even sensitive skin please reconsider buying this and I'll explain. I am a skin care junkie and try just about everything on myself but this is one of the worst products I’ve tried. Upon applying on the skin, it immediately burns, I gave it a few more tries thinking maybe my skin was drier than usual but that was not the case. I reviewed the ingredients on an ingredient checker site and two ingredients stand out from the rest; palmitic acid and steric acid. Both ingredients are known to be irritants on skin that may cause an inflammatory response. It also states that these ingredient may not be suitable for those with acne or who have closed comedones which explains why so many have had adverse reactions to this product. These ingredients are unnecessary and are the main reason why the product is not suitable for sensitive skin at all. FAB did not research their ingredients properly before claiming it was 'sensitive skin' safe.

Wonderful smooth texture

This cream removed a custer of small bumps that I have had for years!! The cream goes on smooth and absorbs quickly. I gave it 4 stars instead of five because it does not firm, or lift, which is why I purchased it.

Broke me out over a couple weeks :(

I really tried to like this moisturizer, because it’s nice and whipped plus gave me a nice balanced moisture to my face. However over time it made me break out after a few weeks of consistent use. I switched to Laneige water bank instead and my face is recovering from the huge breakout this moisturizer gave me.

So good leaves my skin feeling so moisturizing. My outter smile wrinkles are basically gone!!!

What is in this? Why does it burn so badly?

I tried this and as soon as I put it on my face my skin started burning like crazy! My skin is pretty resilient and rarely burns, but this cream made it burn so badly I had to rinse my face off 2 mins after putting it on! Listen to the other reviews talking about the burning, I wish I did :(

I’m a fan of other products from this brand, but this cream falls short. For context, I’m a rosacea & PCOS girly with super dry, sensitive skin. This cream didn’t give me a light burning sensation like some other reviewers, but the breakouts were real (I didn’t have any change to my skin care routine aside from when I started using this cream). Even when layering with another moisturizer, I also experienced dry, flaky patches on my face. At this price point, I don’t dislike it enough to throw it away, so the 3 stars are for: absolutely 0 fragrance (LOVE this); using a little bit of cream goes a long way; and a visible difference after applying to my décolletage ONLY.

Used for a week, horrible little red bumps. Light burning when I put it on. Really wanted to like it but avoid. Others on here have also sited having a rash, should have listened to them

After week 2, breakouts and bumpy rash :(

At first I thought I’d found the holy grail, it felt so hydrating and I really thought I could see a difference in that first week. But now almost a month of use, I’m breaking out which I never do and I’ve developed a bit of a rash (small red bumps all over face). It’s starting to make my skin feel more sensitive and dry, while also bumpy. I’ve never had such an adverse reaction to a moisturizer. I was surprised after all the great reviews and all I’ve heard about first aid beauty being great for even sensitive skin. I wish I had not wasted money and stuck with my tried and trues.

Nope, not good enough. Ive been on a desperate hunt to find something comparable to IT Neck Cream which is no longer in production amd opted to try this. it's thin and at best I feel it just gently moisturized. I was down to the last few weeks of the product when the container fell and broke and I was relieved to now find something new. Will never buy again.
