Formula change

The formula has changed - it is a lie that it didn’t. The product is not longer easily absorbed and pills terribly. I buy 6 bottles of this a year for years and I am heartbroken.

Not for oily skin

This unfortunately broke me / clogged pores out almost immediately.

This broke me out horribly. My skin isn’t perfect but it went absolutely haywire after trying this. Sensitive skin girlies or acne prone this is NOT for you.

Perfect cream for dry skin

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review]  honestly, if you have skin that gets angry, flaky, or just feels tight the second the heater turns on, the First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Cream is a total lifesaver. I’ve been using this 4 oz jar for about two months now, and it’s become my “security blanket” product. It’s not what you’d expect from and intense cream. Most heavy duty moisturizers feel like you’re rubbing Crisco on your face, but this has a whipped, airy texture. It sinks in almost immediately. I get these dry, itchy patches on my face, neck, and elbows and this is the only thing that actually calms the fire. The colloidal oatmeal is the real here, it stops the itch instantly. It’s rare to find something that’s gentle enough for my face (no breakouts) but tough enough for my dry shins. It’s basically unscented. It has a very faint, clean medicinal vibe from the eucalyptus, but it disappears in seconds. Is it the fanciest cream? No. The packaging is pretty basic. But if you’re tired of spending a lot of money luxury creams that just sit on top of your skin, this is the one. It just works. Pro Tip: a little goes a long way. Since it’s so spreadable, this 4 oz jar is definitely going to last me another couple of months.

Broke me out when I don’t get acne.

This is the only product in my routine that I changed up. I have sensitive normal skin. I don’t get breakouts. I’m on BC so it just doesn’t happen. I’ve been using this product for almost a month now on my face and my pores have been clogging up and I’ve been breaking out with clusters of small pimple bumps. The lotion was def the cause of it unfortunately:( Bummer because it was actually moisturizing and made my skin felt nice. I usually use straight up vaseline on my face with no issues. You would think THAT would clog stuff up but nope, something in this lotion has an ingredient that turns perfect skin into an irritated bumpy mess. I even can sleep in makeup and sunscreen with zero consequences lol but it seems like if I sleep with this lotion on my face, I wake up with bumps ugh.

I have very sensitive and acne prone skin and this product has cleared my skin in a just a couple weeks

Be careful

I’m honestly so sad and disappointed, I’ve been using this product all throughout high school and university and it used to do wonders for my skin, but I just repurchased it in December and it has now been burning my skin every time I use it they must’ve changed the formula on the product which is highly disappointing 

New formula beware!

For years this was my go-to daily moisturizer for my dry+sensitive skin. I didn’t realize they reformulated when I bought my new pot! My skin has been very flaky and dry after using the new formula for a few weeks. Such a shame as I used to really like this moisturizer :(

The best out there!

Don’t understand reviews saying this is drying or not for sensitive skin. I love trying lotions for my body but I hate trying them for my face. I have rosacea and acne prone skin that’s sensitive. This moisturizer is the best I’ve used. I use it on my body, my face, and my hands since I work in a hospital and I'm constantly washing them. The formula is so gentle and calming. It helps to calm my redness and makes your skin so soft and smooth. I will always recommend this product. I only wish it came in different scents for my body!

A must have!

Before I started using this, my hands were really cracked and dry. A week into using this product, my hands look a lot better.

Have tried a few moisturizers and this is def not my fav I prefer summer Fridays or tower 28
