I love La Mer products (I've mainly tried skin care) and have been really excited to try their lip care. Gorgeous packaging and very lovely and useful applicator. The color is shear with a slight sheen and shimmer. It's not too much for day to day. I was afraid of it being too sticky and it wasn't. Plumping wise, I can't really see a big difference after a week of using, but maybe it will take a little longer. At least it leave my lips with a feeling of being moisturized. I am so picky about what I can wear on my lips. I don't know if it's a sensory thing or just a preference, but anything that is too thick or tacky goes straight in the garbage. That being said, I absolutely love this stuff. It's thin but substantial, there is a nice minty flavor to it, and I love the color. The only drawback is the price- I wish I could afford to get all the colors and shades! It also definitely plumps my lips up between injections lol without that burning feeling!
