These patches are really hydrating and make my eyes feel supple and smooth. The formula is light weight and easily absorbs into the skin. I didn’t really see a change in my dark circles, but I have to continue using it regularly.

Made in Korea, ice had other eye patches with more "goo" , but these feel very hydrating and cool, despite not being super wet to the touch. They stayed on face all 20 minutes, but were not difficult to remove.
