I love using this every week to refresh my scalp and get a thorough clean. It helps my oily scalp stay more balanced and prevents my roots from building up oil too quickly (at one point my hair would get oily within a day of washing - without exercising). Now my hair gets 2-3 days before oil builds up too much.

I use it once a week in place of shampoo, and it leaves my roots light, my hair soft, and my scalp perfectly balanced. I have fine hair that tends to get oily at the roots and dry at the ends, and this mask manages to purify and hydrate at the same time.
