My makeup lasted all day And I have a really oily skin . My make up was matte all day

I wouldn't buy again in Winter

Have this color in a different product, this one runs lighter in shade and the matte is a bit dry for my skin, may work better in the sunmer.

Let's be honest, up really can't go wrong with this foundation. As always with NARS, a little goes a long ways. And definitely warm that make up up.

Love the product my foundation it is full coverage and doesn't look cakey. I got a darker color this time due to a summer tan and it looks amazing.

Horrible way to think and felt like I had chalk on my face and color was way whiter than how it shows on website! I returned it , but still haven't gotten my money back for it!!!!

As a makeup artist, I love using NARS on my clients. The foundation is lightweight, comfortable, and never feels heavy on the skin. It blends beautifully and gives a flawless finish that works well for all occasions.

Great for olive skin with Melasma!

I love NARS Soft Matte Foundation! I am 49 y/o and mother to a 7 y/o and was diagnosed with melasma a year after my son was born. I'm not yet menopausal so still using birth control pills. This is the best coverage of you can find the perfect primer/moisturizer combo for your skin. I have combination skin with large pores around my nose and cheek area. I use a moisturizer on my dry areas (cheeks) and a primer on my T-zone, and the (now discontinued) Clinique pore filler, and after a few minutes, I use a dense foundation brush to stipple on one layer of this foundation. I feel like if I put more than one layer, it gets a little cakey on my moisturized and primed skin. It gives me a nice medium coverage over my melasma on my chin, upper lip, and cheeks. I still see some brown shadows on my cheeks but after I apply my bronzer and blush, it's barely noticeable.
