A Warm Feminine Signature Scent

This is my signature scent for fall/winter. It is a warm, spicy sandalwood that leans slightly floral but in the softest way. It’s not like other fragrances which is why I love it so much. If I spray it on in the morning, I can still smell it in the evening. It’s one of the few fragrances that I have worn that people will stop and ask what I am wearing because they love it.

A must have if you love sandalwood

I miss the Sandalwood oil From the body shop that I wore back in the 90’s so I gave this a try. I have never had so many people compliment me on my perfume before. Tom Ford definitely nailed this one. one. If you love one.

Very unique

This perfume is really lovely. It’s different because we’re used to women’s fragrances being very sugary or floral or fruity. This is definitely woody and spicy. I like that about it though. It’s empowering to have a unique fragrance. And the bottle is gorgeous. Very classy. Does how a perfume looks matter? No. But also yes because having a pretty bottle to look at makes me happy. It is what it is.

Smells cheap and synthetic.

Wanted to love. Smells synthetic (ingtedients show it's in a base of linalool/limonene like cheap laundry detergent). After a few hours on the skin it smells like cheap foam shaving cream. Very hard to wash off. At this price point it's hard to accept that the main ingredients are identical to drug store hygiene and cleaning products.

Wanted to try this forever, was not disappointed

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Sandal wood can be tricky, sometimes it’s too powdery or woody or herbal. Def not a blind buy. For me this hit a perfect balance. Starts a little strong, sharp but dries down into the most comforting, warm skin scent. Really lingers on clothes, I’m always pleasantly surprised when I pick up a shirt or jacket a couple days later and catch a whiff

Love this my favorite Tom Ford, smells great in the fall. Or anytime of the year. I love using my sandalwood wash and lotion then love to layer Santal blush with a spray of coco madomesille… perfect pair!!! Now I have to have both

Stunning I felt like a princess wearing this fragrance

Lovely, but…

Beautiful fragrance. Unfortunately, my nose /does/ read the sandalwood note as quite pickle-ish. I don’t think this has been accurately duped by other, cheaper brands despite the claim. If you’re someone who collects fragrance it’s a great buy, but ultimately I did end up gifting it to my Mother as my nose tired of the scent.

Not for me

I love other Tom Ford perfumes but this was a immediate no for me. I brought it to work because others wanted to try it out and everyone was pretty underwhelmed. It’s very floral/powdery with a cinnamon layer. Definitely an older person fragrance.

Risk worth taking

I took a risk buying this scent because it was online only and had to heavily rely on reviews, luckily i received it and it doesn’t smell bad. BUT YOU HAVE TO BE THE PERSON THAT LIKES WOOD SCENTS! If not this fragrance isn’t for you. I personally love woody/musk scents. In my collection i have cedar atlas by atalier cologne or if you like santal 33 you’ll like this scent
