Perfect foundation for my aging, combination skin

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I’m in love with this foundation. I honestly was hoping that wouldn’t be the case as it’s definitely on the pricier side but it can’t be helped. This is such a fantastic texture, light and luxe. It takes the tiniest amount of product, which means this makes it more cost effective. Blends like a dream. I had zero problem with it oxidizing or separating, lasts all day. I have combination aging skin which can be a challenge, but this works perfectly for me. Not greasy and doesn’t settle. It’s hands down my new favorite.

This foundation gives a beautiful natural glow and feels very lightweight on the skin. It blends easily and helps blur imperfections without looking heavy or cakey. My skin looks smooth, fresh, and radiant all day.

A beautiful luxe foundation

This Armani Luminous Silk Foundation was gifted to me. My review is honest and solely based on my experience using this foundation. As a makeup fanatic, I always wanted to try this Armani foundation, as pretty much everyone is raving about it. The packaging itself is luxe - a sturdy glass bottle with a pump applicator and the formula is lightweight with a beautiful luminous finish. I have very fair skin, so the gifted shade was a tad darker for me, however I made it work. I have sensitive combo skin, so every time I would apply this foundation, I would smell the Alcohol Denat (which is part of the ingredients). There were days when this foundation would look absolutely beautiful on my skin, but there were days when it looked cakey on my chin area or it oxidized on my cheeks (this happened when I added too much Vitamin C at my morning routine). It has a medium coverage and it lasted on me 8+ hours. It comes off easily when I remove my makeup at nighttime. All in all, this is a beautiful luxe foundation, therefore the price.

Blurring, Full Coverage!

The perfect color and tint for full coverage all day wear. This foundation is truly blurring! Plus it’s easy to remove, and was comfortable to wear all day! Highly recommend!

A nice finish foundation that hydrates my skin

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This product has a classic look highlighting the title of product on the front-bottom of the bottle and the brands logo is right on the front of the bottle it is attached to the cap. When I apply the foundation on my skin , initially it seemed a bit darker than my skin. After a few minutes, waiting for it to completely set up on my skin, it looked really good snd fit on my face. I liked how the texture of the product spread out evenly on my skin. The product has a liquid based so it is light and not heavy on my skin. The product did not leave any cast on my skin, which was great. I like how well the product worked on my skin it was very impressive. When I put this foundation on and it sets your face feels moist, smooth and even all day. This foundation is really good at covering up things like acne marks, blackheads or pores on the skin. I wanted to see if this foundation is really waterproof like other foundation i possess so I sprayed water on my face while I was wearing the foundation. The water did not go through the foundation it just stayed on top. The foundation kept the water from getting to my skin.This foundation really does keep water out which is great, for people who wear foundation and get wet. It has a great scent and when i remove the makeup on my face it has a very stinky smell which is typically happening in all the foundation i have but i could not deny that i really like the scent. Consequently, my makeup stayed intact without smudging.

Disappointed

I am so upset. I have used Luminous silk for years! I had to buy the new version and I am extremely disappointed. I was hoping I would not see a huge difference but the original version was the “chefs kiss” of foundations. The new version feels heavy and doesn’t melt into my skin like the original. I will not repurchase this foundation.

Lightweight, natural finish

I’ll start by saying I don’t like full coverage and prefer natural looking makeup so this foundation is literally perfect for someone like me (if you want more coverage this product is a no). I only needed two light pumps to cover the entire face, it’s very lightweight but makes the rest of the makeup “grip” better. As I said, I prefer this type of foundation as I like to show my freckles. It does not have a prominent scent and it stays on for the duration of my work day.
