Le Beau Le Parfum is a great choice if you're looking for a fragrance that stands out. The bottle is fantastic, with the classic Gaultier torso in a beautiful blue. The scent itself starts with a powerful blast of tropical coconut and a juicy pineapple note. It's not a cheap, synthetic scent, it's creamy and a little boozy. As it dries down, the fragrance gets more sophisticated with a powdery iris note and warm, woody amber. It performs incredibly well, lasting 7-8 hours on my skin and projecting nicely for the first few hours. I've gotten a lot of compliments on it. It's perfect for a night out or a special occasion, but I find myself wearing it on regular days because it just makes me feel good. It's Le Beau, but with more depth and character-definitely a new favorite. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Le Beau Le Parfum is a rich scent that you can wear as during a summer date or in the office. The best way to describe the scent, besides notes, is that it’s modern, rich, and inviting with just a touch of that 90’s cologne feel. If I had to relate it to other scents, I see this as Jean Paul Gaultier’s approach to its own blue scent to compete with the other famous blue scents like Sauvage and Bleu De Chanel. As a Parfum, performance is average, projecting out lightly for about 1-2 hours before becoming an intimate scent that is still very noticeable at 2 feet away max, for the remaining 2-3 hours. So, this is definitely safe for work, or to wear around people who don’t like overpowering scents, as you will probably need to reapply a few hours after the initial application if you want to stay in that decent projection range. Jean Paul Gaultier’s scent are normally cost effective compared to other scents, so I feel like even with a reapplication, it’s a good value for the money. However, it is a Parfum so those that want to keep that deep rich scent that is close to the skin, there’s no need to reapply. This is one of the few scents that I can put my nose up to on initial application, that won’t bother me or overwhelm me into a headache. This is everything it’s supposed to be, a rich elegant Parfum scent with perfect average projection, sillage, and lifespan.

The projection is just right—not overpowering—but people definitely notice it. And the longevity is insane; I could still smell it the next day on my shirt. Honestly, I wasn’t expecting a sample this small to make such a big impression, but now I’m sold—this fragrance is going on my full-bottle wishlist.
