Awesome volume and length

Love this mascara! Gave me such a boost of volume. Very buildable for how ever you want your look to be. Even lasted through working out and rinsing off.

Good but not Perfect

I received this product for free in exchange for an honest review. I have mixed feelings about this product, I do enjoy it but there are a couple of things to note. The mascara doesn’t flake or leave streaks throughout the day which I appreciate, and it is indeed waterproof. The issue I have is the brush, product tends to build up on the brush and its shape makes it hard to easily apply the mascara, this causes it to clump on my eyelashes or get onto my eyelid. My lashes definitely are longer with the mascara and the the curl of my lashes is held in place for about five hours. Overall, I like this product but there are some things that I’m not a huge fan of, but I would try this again!

Lancôme Hypnose Drama Waterproof Mascara

I was excited to try the Lancôme Hypnose Drama waterproof mascara. I really like the packaging and the mascara is really black. I find that it’s a little clumpy on my lashes, but not so much that I mind. I did not like that this mascara dud not seem to dry down and I was not able to apply more than one coat. I will use this up, but I don’t think that I will repurchase.

Waterproof Hypnose Goals

As a fan of the original Lancôme hypnose mascara I was beyond thrilled to see this campaign hit my inbox. The formula is still the original one we have come to love they just amped it up adding the waterproof aspect. My lashes come out with added volume ,curl, and to now top it off a full day of waterproof protection. If you love the original formula you will only fall all over again for the waterproof formula . Don’t walk run to your nearest store to grab this staple trust me you won’t go wrong .

Won’t drip or budge!

I love this waterproof mascara! I took it on vacation and applied before swimming and didn’t get any drips, streaks, clumps, or flakes! I really love the curvaceous design of the tube, which mirrors the the densely curved bristles on the applicator—which holds a ton of product, and applies onto lashes evenly and easily. The texture is smooth and creamy. To have full day lasting hold, I put my mascara on as the very last step and especially after any setting spray, then I apply it in thin layers and let it fully dry. If there’s any mistakes you can use a q-tip soaked in makeup remover, however I find that waiting 10 seconds and letting it quickly dry first without any blinking will prevent any transfer or mistakes during application. For removal: I use a waterproof makeup remover and a microfiber cloth for just the lashes, and go back in with a milky or oil texture remover for full face afterwards and I haven’t lost any lashes or experienced any harshness during makeup removal.

Survived NYC humidity and heat wave

This mascara was life changing. I was in NYC for a heatwave walking 20k steps a day with high humidity and off and on rain. Let me add I’m on medication that makes me heat sensitive so I was SWEATING. This mascara not only didn’t smudge, it didn’t feel compromised at all!! No clumps, no raccoon eyes, no heavy lashes. It really complimented my natural lashes by separating them, lengthening and provided the perfect coat to each lash. I struggle with clumped lashes and this was so easy to use and effortlessly did it all in one go!

An everyday mascara for naturally dramatic looking

This mascara has quickly become my daily go-to. The mascara goes on pretty wet to give buildable coverage on my lashes, starting out really natural with great lash separation and adding a lot of length to my blonde-tipped lashes. I experience almost no smudging, and no flaking at all, thanks to the waterproof formula, but I do find it a little difficult to fully remove at the end of the day. I prefer that over looking messy all day though. My eyelashes are naturally curled, so I can't speak to whether this mascara helps retain a curled lash through the day. I love this stuff, my lashes feel great, and look beautiful but natural with it on, I will definitely be getting another tube after this.

My new fav

I love this mascara so much. It's perfect for the days I dont feel like applying lashes but want a full lash look. I get so much length and volume with just the first layer. It doesn't make my eyelashes feel crunchy like some other brands.

One coat!

After I applied one coat my lashed looked long and beautiful, but I noticed after adding a second coat my lashed became clumpy. So if you plan to use only one coat it will work perfectly, if you need more than one then its going to clump. I found the packaging to be nice. The wand for this mascara is on the larger side, it helps get all the lashes coated nicely but it also makes it hard to get the corners and the bottom lashed because of it size. The mascara felt very lightweight on my eyelashes which is nice, I could wear it all day with one coat and not feel uncomfortable.

Love this mascara!

This mascara really works wonders at lengthening and volumizing my lashes. It makes them nice and long without them clumping together and you can keep layering it on without it looking bad!

Voluminous

I really like this mascara because the volume it gives and how buildable it is. I usually wear false lashes but I feel this gives my natural lashes a nice enhancement and I love that it’s waterproof for my summer activities but comes off well with a makeup remover.

*Almost* perfect waterproof mascara!

This Hypnose Drama Waterproof Mascara is *almost* perfect -- here's why: First, I love the overall aesthetic of this product -- the tube itself is beautiful & easy to hold/use. And the blue accents of course help make itself known as a 'waterproof' mascara all the more. Second, I am in love with the wand -- it truly makes application a breeze and helps to ensure every lash is coated to perfection and that I am getting the most out of this product when it comes to length and volume of my lashes. While I realize this is a waterproof mascara, for which I am thankful, it is actually way hard to get off and too good at its job in this way. Unfortunately, I have to wash my face/eyes more than once and have to scrub and scrub in order to remove this product at the end of the day -- and even then, it still won't be completely removed. Overall, I do truly love this product and am thankful for the opportunity to have been gifted this item. I would definitely buy, while keeping in mind that it will require some true power behind it in order to remove it at the end of my day.
