Extremely Disappointed – Not What I Expected from

I completely agree with another negative review — this conditioner was a huge letdown. I’ve been a loyal Kérastase user for years and have always trusted the brand for my long hair. I purchased this product expecting it to detangle and soften my hair, but it did the exact opposite. For the first time ever, I ended up with serious knots and lost more hair than usual while brushing. My hair felt waxy and tangled after washing — not what you expect from a premium product. I was really looking forward to smooth, manageable hair, but instead, I was shocked by the poor results. Kérastase has always been my go-to for hair care, so I’m genuinely surprised and disappointed by the quality of this conditioner. Unfortunately, I won’t be repurchasing this one.

Best I've found in almost 65 years!! My hair is curly and a bit of a challenge...but the shampoo and conditioner work like none other I have ever found. Leave my hair soft, manageable, and beautiful actually. No frizziness, just gorgeous actually.

This product is a miracle. It hydrated my crunchy curls into smooth ringlets. It’s worth every penny.

My hair still feels dry and tangled after washing with the shampoo from this line and using this conditioner. I have to use a lot of product. Hair looks great, though, and smells great too after blow-drying. I can go 2-3 days without getting oily before another wash. I used to really like this one and I'm not sure if my hair has changed or the product has changed.

Conditioner for damaged hair

This is a great all around conditioner. It washes out easily, doesn’t leave hair too heavy, protects shine and deeply conditions

Awful rip off

Honestly this was a terrible product that did the opposite of conditioning/detangling. I think I actually lost more hair to knots and tangles trying to finger comb through after applying this product than if I had used only shampoo from a different line. Speaking of which, the Nutritive shampoo is slightly less disappointing in that it at least smells nice, but there’s no lather (so I end up using a ton of already expensive product) and doesn’t leave me with a “clean” feel. The conditioner smells awful. I’m half convinced that someone switched out the actual product with some cheap generic stuff from a drugstore before shipping it to me.
