Terrible Bottle

This lotion is nice, but the bottle and packaging is problematic. I would give the lotion, itself, 4 stars, but the bottle makes me loathe applying this! It’s wide, bulky and hard to squeeze. I have arthritis so this will not work for me ever!

Impossible to squeeze out

Great lotion, nice and thick, don’t leave a greasy feel. Packaging is really bad - bottle is almost impossible to squeeze to get anything out and you have to order the pump separately and it’s always sold out. Very frustrating

the smell is amazing i am obsessed, i got this as a gift for my mom and sister and they love it will probably end up getting one for myself because the smell is just too good, also very hydrating!

Scent is faint, packaging is awful.

The scent of this product is ok. It's extremely mild. But the packaging is terrible. I need to use both hands to squeeze with all my might. Knowing Selena said her packaging was thoughtfully designed to be accessible to people with arthritis like herself, I am baffled by how difficult this is to use.

Smells nice, but...

Just received this today. The lotion itself smells really nice and feels good on the skin, but I genuinely don’t understand the thought process behind the packaging. The bottle design is extremely inconvenient, and having to purchase a functional pump separately is baffling. It feels unnecessary and frustrating, especially for a product at this price point. The inconvenient packaging seriously detracts from the overall experience.

Worst design ever

It doesn’t even matter if the lotion is good or not anymore. Just like everyone else pointed out the packaging is so awful you’ll struggle to get some lotion out and you’ll either get nothing or it’ll end up everywhere. And I just bought it so it should be full.

Smells and feels divine-a MUST HAVE!!!

This lotion smells absolutely amazing! It leaves your skin very hydrated. My only complaint is the bottle and yes I know you can buy a pump if you purchase more than once. For her brand to be about accessibility and easy to use products I was shocked with how difficult it was to squeeze the bottle to the get lotion out. I have pretty good hand strength and it took everything I had and god forbid if you’re putting lotion on your whole body because you won’t be able to get it out once your hand is covered in it

Smells like a 90s fashion magazine ❤️

It’s hard buying things online and wondering what exactly they will smell like- well I will tell you exactly what this smells like: If you are in your 40s and got ‘seventeen’ magazines in your teens and loved how the magazines smelled inside, THAT is the exact smell in my opinion- I immediately recognized it and felt the memories flooding in. I really like the smell, it's subtle and 'clean'. 90s teen mags. Aside from that, the lotion itself is luxurious, made my skin so soft all day.

I would not purchase this again. The bottle without the pump is TOO HARD to get the product out of the bottle. I need to squeeze with two hands and then try to catch the lotion - it often just lands in a floor

Love the smell

This lotion smells so good and it does hydrate my hands when I use it. I would definitely buy this again but with the pump because it’s hard to take it out of the bottle that’s why I gave it four stars.
