Long time customer and so disappointed with the new facial fuel face wash formula. Watery and not as effective as others have mentioned. This has been my go to for a long time. Can’t recommend, not even close to the original for me.

New Formula is Awful

I've used this product forever. The new formulation is terrible. It's no longer a gel, barely lathers, feels like a cheap hand soap. I won't be purchasing this again.

Once good. Not now.

I used this product for more than a decade but the formula has changed. It’s no longer a gel. I’m using twice as much and can’t tell if it’s foaming on my face. Sad. Will switch products.

So far so good

Purchased this as a gift for my husband. His usual go to is cerave but after seeing this on TikTok he gave it a try. So far so good doesn’t dry him out after use.

Herbal face wash

I really like the herbal face wash. It’s cleans your skin really well and is refreshing. The one thing I would say that I’ve experienced is the inconsistency of the smell, especially in the 64oz bottle. Sometimes it’s very strong smelling, almost chemically.

No longer a good product

The formula has changed, and for the worse. Very sad as I have used this (and many other Kiehl's products) for many many years. I do not recommend this product.

Part of my every day routine, twice per day. It’s an absolute must for me.

Smell bad.

It smells bad. It was nothing like it used to be. Did they change their formulation or ingredients? Awful smell.
