Why did you guys do this to us?

The new formula is just bad. The foaming action is down but more importantly the “fuel” is completely nonexistent. It feels like a very cheap product you’d get at a 2-star hotel. This is heartbreaking as Facial Fuel has been the most consistent part of my regimen for years. Although I can walk into any drug store and find something that works better than the current formula, I’ll never find anything that worked as well as this used to. Side Note: There should be some rule where if you change the formula the reviews reset and start all over.

New formula feels cheap

I've used the Energizing Face Wash for almost 10 years....the new formula is disappointing. The original formula felt like a luxury product. This new formula product is watered down and feels super cheap. It lacks the "energizing" component and feels like washing your face wtih a basic bar of soap. I would not buy this again and will have to look for new face wash for the first time in a decade. Im bummed. Like other customers, I noted that the label has changed as well. This seems like Khiels is aware that their new formula stinks compared to the old.

New formula is garbage!

Have used this for 20 or so years. Why change the formula? The new one is watery and doesn’t work well at all. Bring back the old formula!

Not same quality

Rating:* 2/5 stars I've been using Fuel Cleaner's men's product for years and have been satisfied with its effectiveness. However, my latest purchase seems to be more diluted than previous versions. I'm finding that I need to use more of the product to achieve the same results as before. *Pros:* - Still works, but not as efficiently as before - Familiar packaging and branding *Cons:* - Appears to be more diluted than previous versions - Requires more quantity to achieve same results, which may not be cost-effective

Bad new formula

New formula is bad. This is a whole different product. Not worth my money.

Facial Fuel Wash does the job.

A wonderful product that cannot be beat. I've tried others and always return to old faithful.

Terrible new product

I have been using this face wash for over 20 years and loved it. Received a new bottle a couple of months ago and tried it and was very pleased underwhelmed. The smell was different, there is no foaming and you have to use double the amount of product and you still don’t feel clean. I will never buy this product again!

Fast and Easy

Simple and fast face cleaning. Leaves a pleasant minty freshness feeling

New formula = poorer quality

I wouldn’t mind the formula changes if it worked as well as it did, but I’ve noticed my face getting oily much quicker during the day with this new version and am thinking about finding something else after nearly 20 years.

Buyer Beware: New Formula Is Beyond Disappointing

Buyer beware: this product has been reformulated and is not what it used to be! I've been using this face wash for nearly 20 years but a recent change in formula absolutely ruined it for me. This face wash no longer lathers the way it used to and now it seems like I need to use more of the product to get the same effect. Worse than that, the energizing scent is gone and this face wash now smells like bathroom cleaning chemicals (seriously; it's disgusting). Finally, the face wash is no longer energizing or invigorating. My face used to feel tingly and fresh with the old formula. Now, not at all. I'm so disappointed that a product I've been loyal to for so long is now letting me down. Time to find a new face wash because I won't be buying this again.

New formula is awful

Secretly changed the formula with no indication that was updated. And the new formula is awful. I’ll be returning this after a decade of being a happy customer and need to find a new face wash.
