I used this product before applying niacinamide, rosehip oil, and retinol. I'm satisfied with it. In my opinion, it really helps improve the absorption of other products into the skin — especially with niacinamide, the effect was very noticeable.

Next Level Hydration!

I have always had dry skin. Up until recently, I was getting by with The Ordinary Hyaluronic Acid + The Natural Factors Moisturizing Lotion. Recently, though, even those started to become not enough. I bought The Ordinary Multi-Active Delivery Essence and it is NEXT LEVEL. After only three days of use my skin has been transformed to a level of hydration I didn’t know excited. This stuff is incredible!

Good results so far

I’ve been using this essence for over a month now and noticed my skin looks and feels softer, smoother and more plump. I’ve tried a few different essences before and I am impressed by the quick results of this one. The only minor comment I have is the scent. It smells a bit like burnt plastic. The product can be so much more pleasant to use if scent was better or neutralized.

Essence Delivery System

The delivery system for this product is less than effective. A dropper would be much preferred. The current delivery system is erratic and not measurable. Please repackage with a dropper.

Not for me

This didn’t work for me, I had major irritation from this, and I tried using it along with the Ordinary’s niacinamide, both products do not agree with my skin. My skin feels extremely dry and actually hurt (feels like I got burn) after every use of both those products either together or on its own. I think as not expecting dry painful skin after using the essence since its purpose is to hydrate the skin not dry it out.

This product hydrates my skin before I apply other products and I can feel my skin softening. I am definitely going to purchase it again.

Hydrating

This essence does what needs to be done but sometimes when I rub it together in my palms it gets foamy. So now I either use a cotton pad to apply or put it in my hands and like, throw it on my face. I’m not describing that well.

Was expecting more

I’m not sure what all the hype was about. I purchased this after all the glowing reviews. I can’t figure out what this is…a toner? I’ve been using it for a few weeks now as directed, and honestly, I didn’t feel or notice anything different. Luckily, like all of Ordinary’s products, they are affordable and it didn’t break the bank. But I wouldn’t buy it again.

Seems to really work

I use this morning and night with the GF 15% Solution, and sometimes copper peptides or the retinol 0.5% Who wouldn't want to deliver good stuff? I was getting new passport photos; yes they are ghastly! But - when I compared the new to those photos on my old passport (from 9 years ago) my wrinkles weren't as deep, and a couple were gone!!! I'm 78 now, and have nearly smooth skin. THE most amazing and visible results I've ever had.
