A lot goes a long way with my shorter hair. There are a lot of ingredients, so check for your own sensitivity, but I didn’t have any reaction when using it. [I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I’ve been using Shu Uemura’s Izumi Gloss and Absolue Oil together, and they really complement each other. The Izumi Gloss leaves my hair feeling soft, hydrated, and noticeably shinier without weighing it down. Iit gives that healthy, “just had a treatment” look. The Absolue Oil adds smoothness and tames frizz, plus it has a light, luxurious scent that lingers in a nice way. A little goes a long way with both products, so even though they’re a splurge, they last. My hair looks more polished and manageable when I use them consistently
