It’s so funny that these are true to their name and not at the same time. They are soft, satiny, and slippy - but also don’t slip off of your hair wow! My side braids always slip but not with this. So they have grip but also don’t leave harsh marks in your hair. I like that the style is a mini scrunchie for people not fully wanting to go back to their childhood aesthetic, but want a hint of that style. They are lightweight, quality build, and a great size. They’d be perfect for outside use but also overnight styles since they are comfortable.

My hair doesn’t have those crazy dents and it’s soft on my hair. It doesn’t pull on my hair either. It has good stretch too. It doesn’t fall out oof my hair like the others. It fits my hair in one ponytail.

Not a strong hold

I definitely didn’t love these hair ties. They don’t really hold up hair well, so I do understand how they might be only for sleep. The material was nice and soft and they were really pretty, but the fit just didn’t work for me.

Durable

Best silk hair tie out there! Thin and easy to wear on your wrist and strong enough to hold on long thick hair. I’ve used same band for over a month now before it start loosing its elasticity.
