Bough this a few weeks ago and immediately didn’t turn on after opening. I had to send this in to get repaired before ever using the product. Extremely disappointing

The thing is that It’s really expensive! and I’m usually happy to pay for make my life easier, but in this case it’s very difficult to use and I don’t have the time to watch tutorials online to learn how to use it! I’m really disappointed.

Efficacité et facilité d'utilisation

On m'a offert le Dyson Airwrap pour mon anniversaire, et j'en suis totalement ravie 💜. J'ai l'édition 2025 pour la fête des mères "Jaspe Fleur de Prunier" qui est très élégant et intemporel. Je n'ai jamais vraiment su utiliser des appareils boucleurs (ou bien me boucler les cheveux avec un lisseur) auparavant et c'est vraiment la facilité et l'efficacité du Airwrap qui m'a séduite. Au bout de 2-3 essais avec les embouts pour boucler j'arrive maintenant à me faire des brushing incroyables comme chez le coiffeur, sans abîmer mes cheveux !

Not good for straight hair

I do like it but the price for straight hair doesn’t really stay on, but I love the look of curls but it won’t last till 2h if it’s really hot humid weather, specially if your hair dead straight. I don’t know if I should keep it or return but I do love item as it’s shame doesn’t last ok my hair so long , but I love it the tools .. is it worth price ?? No I personally feel your wasting money if it doesn’t last on your hair but it does give nice look only in beginning. I wouldn’t recommend dead straight hair. Unless you have money for this?

Great but attachments don't all fit nice.

Some of the attachments don't fit nicely into the base, which seems ridiculous at this price point. I also think the lack of instructions in the package/easily accessible online for how to use the product is short-sighted. The videos they have online aren't really showing you how to use it in a useful, teachable way. Otherwise, works great! Super efficient and comfortable to hold.

Lasting Style w/out the burning smell

I purchased this a month ago and I'm extrememly happy with this product. It took me a while to get the hang of how to get the wrap to work, but the tuturials through youtube helped me alot. Also, patience was key for me. I love how my hair feels after I use the device and the lasting style throughout the day. I researched the Dyson site for many months before I made the purchase and I do not regret it. It's worth the money.

More good hair days than bad

I recently bought the airwrap i.d. to replace my original airwrap origins for long hair. It's basically the same tool with smart technology and a couple of different attachments. I absolutely love this tool. I can't believe I went so many years without it. When I first got my original there was a huge learning curve and I was not having much success with achieving the look I wanted. Because I spent so much money on it I was determined to figure it out so I watched at least a dozen YouTube videos with tutorials on how to get the most out of the airwrap and after enough practice I finally got the hang of it. The i.d. version works exactly the same way but you can connect it to your smart phone via bluetooth and the app controls each step: wrapping, curling, cool shot. You no longer have to think about it. I get that counting how long to curl your hair is not that difficult, but this version costs the same as the non-connected version (at least for now) so for the same amount of money why not get the more advanced version? You don't have to use the smart phone app if you don't want to. You can also customize the timings on each step to your own preferences. The conical wand is amazing. I was skeptical about it at first and preferred to use the larger straight barrel but after giving the conical barrel a shot I am hooked. I believe you can buy this attachment from Dyson so if you have an older machine but want to try the new barrel you can just buy one from them. All their attachments are interchangeable with all their machines. If you invest in this device I strongly recommend that you watch as many YouTube tutorials that you can and try each of their tips and recommendations. My hair is long and fine and holding a curl is a challenge. With the right styling products and the Dyson air wrap, I have far more good hair days than bad ones.
