I didn’t really want to love this, because of the price, but I really do! I use the curling wand the most when my hair is almost dry. My hair feels so healthy ! I get natural waves without the frizzies.

Blown Away

I've been using the Dyson Airwrap and its range of attachments for a few months now, and I can confidently say it’s revolutionized my hair routine. The system is thoughtfully designed, with each attachment tailored to different styling needs—whether you want volume, curls, waves, or a sleek finish. Barrels (for curling and waving): These are by far my favorites. The Airwrap uses the Coanda effect to wrap hair around the barrels using air rather than extreme heat, which helps reduce heat damage. The newer multi-directional barrels are especially convenient—no need to switch between clockwise and counterclockwise curls manually. The curls are soft and bouncy and actually last longer than I expected (especially with a light styling product). Round volumizing brush: Perfect for adding lift at the roots and creating volume throughout. This brush gives me that “just-blow-dried” fullness without the need for a separate round brush and hairdryer. It's ideal for fine or limp hair.

Greatest invention for the hair

I finally own a Dyson airwrap. I am so happy with this decision and enjoy the product very much. It saves so much time and my hair is so pretty styled every day. I have so many tools for my hair, from hair straightener to curly iron and so many brushes. I have each set in each bathroom and also one for my gym bag. Since I had the Dyson airwrap, all of the tools i used are gone. I will need to buy a 2nd set for my gym bag. that's it.

Tried my friends and was completely sold. I’ve tried so many hair stylers over the years and this is far the best.

Only good for long thick hair

I have fine, thin shoulder length hair. I was assured by the guy in the store that it would work for me. I bought this in the Union Square store in San Francisco. The power on the lowest setting is too high, it kept blowing my hair everywhere, constantly knotted it up, and every time I put a curl in, the airflow from the next curl would blow my previous curl straight out. It also kept roughing up the cuticle of the hair. My hair felt rougher and frizzier every time I used it. If you have super long, thick hair, it would be great. Anyone else, forget it.

So Far, So Good

I really like my new Dyson Airwrap i.d. so far, which was a gift from my husband. The tutorials are very helpful, and I love how quickly it dries my hair. My hair seems healthier without my old harsh drier. My only complaint is that my hair (coarse, thick, slightly wavy) doesn’t hold the curls past 15 minutes, even after trying several products. Part if this is due to the larger attachment which although it works well and gives nice waves, has too large of a barrel for curls, while the smaller curling attachment doesn’t grab my hair well unless you only use the tiniest pieces of hair..so it takes forever trying to dry/curl my thick head of hair, and I don’t have that kind of time in the morning. I wish this new Airwrap had a straight medium sized barrel that would grab more hair and produce a smaller initial curl (earlier versions like my daughters have this). I still have to use my curling iron when I want curl or days I don’t wash my hair. Still working on this though via many tutorials and product, and hopefully can figure out how to get lasting curls.

I bought my Airwrap i.d. a few weeks ago and am very happy with it. I love the smoothing brush attachment and the round brush. My hair looks shiny and smooth with curls at the ends. I am still learning the curling wands since I have thick hair. I also purchased the diffuser attachment and am looking forward to using that with my wavy hair. Overall, I think it’s fun to use and will keep my hair healthy and beautifully styled

I love my Dyson, don’t know why you changed the size of the round brush, it’s to big, so I had to order a smaller one and a big shame there not dual power traveling

Good, not great.

It’s a good product, but not great. I’m working to try and improve the last of my curl. My curling iron does a better job and takes less time…and is a fraction of the cost. For the price, it needs to be great.
