Easy Peasy

Got this lil machine as I am terrible at doing my hair. Do not have the patience nor the know how to do anything except straighten (boring!) Well, this has seriously upped my game. The attachments are so easy to use giving me the waves and flicks of my dreams! Drying takes minutes and is temperature & speed adjustable leaving my hair voluminous and relatively frizz free. I have fine long hair. Only downside for me is the on/off switch position, is a little awkward but I will get used to that :)

Air wrap disappointment

This is my second airwrap was very happy with the first edition. However the conical barrel on my new Dyson does not work, meaning it only curls one way and doesn’t switch. I have now waited 3 weeks for a replacement after contacting Dyson, I have to wait for a email to tell me when they are back in stock then phone them back to get it sent out, there isn’t an automatic system that will just send it. Very disappointed in the service.

I have a Dyson and so do my daughters. I don't like the case. It needs to be designed better. The spacing is off and isn't enough. I bought additional attachments and can barely fit what came in the box back in the box. The inside of the box is black and the products are dark too. There is no contrast, making the pieces hard to find. The lid on the case isn't great either. The lid should securely snap on and there should be some type of handle for carrying the whole product.

If you have waist length hair

I bought this a month ago and I had been indecisive about it for at least three years my hair is down to my waist and I have an auto immune disease so drying it and taking care of my hair is literally painful so I took the plunge and decided to buy it the first day I had it. I realized that it was beautifully packaged and worth all the hype, but as I was using The Curling tooleven with little pieces of my hair, it made the noises, but there was no suction I thought that perhaps my hair was too long so I started doing smaller pieces and on and on until the air wrap curling function wasn’t working for me even though it didn’t work for me I gave it a three stars because the packaging was beautiful and my hair while using the other attachments did feel nice and it was much easier than buying six separate attachments, but for the cost and it not working on the first day, it made me too nervous to keep It I’m also giving it a three out of five because I’m not sure if it just wasn’t compatible with my hair Or that it was defective All in all, I returned it because if the first day I Receive my package and it Was losing function what was the point of getting the Dyson in the first place? I bought it specifically for the curling feature. Maybe it’s not strong enough to curl hair that long as I was doing months of research I thought I weigh out the pros and cons, but this might be something to consider when buying.

Really disappointed. I got the newer device and it’s not a strong as the older one. My hair falls immediately after i curl it which wasn’t a problem with the older model. wish I got the older version

Not good on medium hair

Despite saying that this is for all hair types, it is really only for long hair. All of the accessories in the kit are large for long hair, all of the styling guides are for long hair. I persevered to get a technique that worked and often had a decent looking hair style. However it did not last and would drop within an hour. I don’t see how it won’t damage hair because it certainly burnt my head and neck. When the air wrap was operating it would blow the rest of my hair making it frizzy
