I had been using the air wrap I bought my daughter…. Decided to buy my own. The main sell was price and dryer and conical attachments. Works on 1 side as nice curl but the other side just blows hair all over Phoned and thought if you could send me a replacement smaller barrel , I could take it on holiday I had purchased this expensive tool to bring with me …. but non in stock :(

Curls don’t last more than 10 minutes

I was so excited to treat myself and try this. But after many attempts and trying different methods and products the curls do not hold. It’s a quick tool and I really enjoy using it and the curls it creates are very nice. But they don’t last more than 10 minutes, which for something like this, isn’t great. The versatility of it is great as you get multiple attachments and can be used in different ways.

Poor QC

I bought the Dyson air wrap to replace an older one. It works but the soft brush will not stay attached to the motor, it falls right off. Poor quality control.

Short hair

Honestly I have short hair n this doesn’t help at all even to give a wavy look

I love it, gorgeous colour. Love the fact it’s no heat damage. My hair feels so much healthier. Makes mornings much quicker. 😊

If you want straight or wavy hair it’s perfect

I bought this at the beginning of the month and used it nearly everyday over my normal hairdryer, straighteners and curlers providing less heat damage. This product is perfect for if you have long hair and want straight or wavy hair not so perfect for if you’re wanting curled hair as curls fall out fast even with products and pinning but perfect for a nice volume blow out effect better than any other.

A real improvement

I received this product last week, and am very happy with it. It dries hair as well as, it not better than my regular Dyson hairdryer, and the curling accessories provide great versatility.

An amazing hair tool for non frizz lasting results

I've not long had this and I absolutely love it !!! I've used it 3 times and find it so easy to use . I have wavy hair that I was using so many products to enhance my curls but now o have the look of a bouncy blow out with no frizz that I can run my fingers through and it lasts for days , even after sleeping on it and in the damp mornings ticking it up inside a bobble hat. I love all the attachments and find them easy to put on and off my air wrap. The ergonomics of the air wrap are really good I love how as your using it , it doesn't blow around the other hair you've not sectioned all about and love how easily it wraps the hair you're styling . It's light weight and easy to use and hold while styling hair on yourself which is brilliant as I suffer with arthritis in my hands and wrists through many years of hair dressing . The technology is so clever from how well the attachments work as well as the wrap itself. Although I need to understand how to use the app to use the id part of it as I haven't managed to navigate that very easily so far. Overall I'm more than impressed with my air wrap id and would highly recommend it especially how easy it is to use and that it has nice long barrels and how long my styled hair lasts .

Poor Quality

Product quality does not match its price point. The tip of the conical barrel started to paint chipping after 2 months. First they asked if any haircare products used with the machine. Yet only Dyson Chitosan serum are used along. At the end they do not recognize this as manufacturing defect, yet self concluded it as frequent usage without verifying. In which particular sentence I said that it is used frequently? So, are you saying that Dyson product cannot withstand frequent use? It is not a full stop yet. Then the body of the machine start to have crackline after another weeks. I don't know I have to cry or laugh, so this is the brand's advertised quality standard? What is the next suprise?

Great

I love this, I have curly hair and it is easy to use. The curl attachment is difficult to figure out but besides that its great!

Great performance

I love this airstyler nut very disappointed that I cannot purchase a small round brush and medium brush attachment I use these 2 all the time the round brush gets bigger and bigger every year
