Decent.

Smells nice and is a very versatile fragrance. It is a little strong so I barely sprayed it on. It’s a little pricey. It projects well and is a very attractive bottle.

It took me a long time to write a review on Dolce & Gabbana Devotion. I wanted so bad to love the scent and the staying power of it but in the end I find it to be "just ok". On a good note - I do believe it's a versatile scent that can be worn on all occasions but in my opinion it isn't all day lasting and won't turn many noses your way! I suggest getting a sample of it and see how it blends with your body chemistry.

Dirty patchouli coffee bomb

I received this free product from Influenster and Dolce & Gabbana in exchange for my honest review. My fiance uses the women's version of Dolce & Gabbana Devotion and it smells lovely on her so I was looking forward to trying this version for men. Unfortunately for me they took the women's formula and did a complete 180 with it adding a heavy dose of coffee and patchouli which takes away from the sweet lemon that the women's version offers. The coffee is big and in your face right off the first spray but unfortunately the patchouli dirties it to the point where I can't tolerate it. I get vibes of Angel Men Pure Coffee, but unlike Pure Coffee, Devotion does not offer enough sweetness to cover up the dirtiness of the patchouli. In the end it's just a coffee bean smothered in patchouli with no hints of lemon that lasts for 5 to 6 unimpressive hours. I'm usually able to say that a fragrance was at least decent but this is a hard pass for me.

Very versatile scent

The scent is very mild, which I appreciate. For me, the less aggressive scent makes it more versatile in what situations you can use it for. The sample bottle has a very nice spray feature.

Unique but great

Dolce & Gabbana Devotion for Men is a solid, easy-to-wear scent that feels classy but not over the top. It starts off fresh with a bit of spice and then settles into a warm, slightly sweet mix of vanilla and wood. It’s smooth, not too strong, and lasts a good amount of time. Perfect for everyday wear or a night out if you want to smell put-together without trying too hard.

Long lasting, but changes scent quickly :/

Pros: long lasting, strong enough where easily noticeable on the skin but not strong enough to be obnoxious in a room. Around 6 hour longevity for me. If you enjoy the more woodsy musk this is a solid pick, i can see why some say its more of an “older” fragrance profile. Cons: big con for me is the citrus/patchouli hits you in the beginning, mixed in with the alcohol or whatever they put in here. Within about 5 minutes the “coffee” woodsy musk smell takes over, and all the fresh citrus patchouli at the beginning vanishes. And it happens every single spray, just really throws me off.

Great everyday perfume. Woody and fresh feeling

Love the scent of this perfume it’s Woody spicy and fresh at the same time. I wish it lasted longer on my skin, but I sprayed it on my shirt and it lasted all day and it’s a very refreshing and non-offensive scent. A great buy for every day office use. The projection survived harsh weather, made me feel a little fresh on a rather sultry day.

Basic, smells ok

I really wanted to like this fragrance but I’d have to admit it just wasn’t my cup of tea. It does smell good but very basic in my opinion. You get lemon in the opening then coffee shines through in the mid and then dry’s down to some patchouli. I can see people liking this for the winter months. Again it’s a good smell but not for everyone.

Decent smell

Bummed that it was a sample size but the smell is intense for me and lingers. It is great to use for travel and is versatile. The nozzle works on this bottle .

Intense, most prominent sents are lemon and coffee

Questo profumo ha una forte carica, si possono sicuramente percepire il limone e il caffè come elementi di spicco. Ho trovato l'intero profumo molto forte e intenso. Il packaging è semplice in quanto si tratta di un campione e non di una full size, ma dalla foto posso vedere che si tratta di una bottiglia classica con un cuore, potrebbero svilupparla molto meglio e avere uno stile unico di bottiglia.

You had me at coffee

You had me at coffee. Devotion Pour Homme starts out strange and with uncertainty, but settles very nicely on skin. When I first smelled this fragrance, I thought to myself, this is something new to the designer market, but familiar. So familiar that it took me back about 18 years. Armani Attitude revived! Attitude was an incredible fragrance. While Devotion Pour Homme reflects Attitude’s note structure, it is unique in 2025. It’s not gourmand like his counterpart, Devotion for her. However, it does border that territory. Devotion Pour Homme is a very mellow, woody fragrance with a muted patchouli, revolving around coffee (no cream); highlighted by lemon. In addition, I am loving the bottle.

Fresh, Daytime Lemon Fragrance!

The lemon and patchouli are the main actors in this movie! I love it! I wore it in the morning and it continued to wear for hours into the afternoon. It’s fresh but clean. 10/10
