Still on trial

I was familiar with another line but started using this one since i dyed my hair copper/red. Still cant tell if its helping maintain the color but it keeps up with all the other redken products: smells good, leaves my hair smooth and only need a small amount of product.

I want an exchange or return

I recently ordered the Redken Color Extend Magnetics shampoo and conditioner. Shampoo is good but the conditioner is a disappointment. It makes my hair extremely dry and lifeless. Kindly Tell me a procedure to return/exchange it.

Color Extend Magnetic Conditioner

The product has truly extended my colors! Auburns, especially, and blonde normally do not stay vibrant on my hair and typically fade within two weeks. My hair still has the same color after 5 weeks. This is truly a great product for me. I use both the shampoo and conditioner.
