The very first time I tried The Ordinary Alpha Arbutin 2% + HA I noticed a difference in my skin. I use it every night after cleansing my face, but have also used in in the morning under makeup and didn't have any issues with it pilling. It has a thin gel-like texture that is easy to apply and absorbs quickly without stickiness. It made the texture of my skin feel smoother right away. After using it a week, I noticed my stubborn dark post-acne spots and some redness slightly fading away. Nothing has worked on them in the past. It leaves my skin looking smoother, more radiant, and hydrated. I have combination skin and it also helps keep the oiliness at bay. It is a great, effective product at an amazing price point.
