It has a mix of citrus, lavender, and warm woods that makes it smell classy but not too strong. The scent feels fresh at first, then gets warmer and richer as time goes on, which makes it great for both day and night. It’s perfect for someone who wants to smell good without being overpowering. I give it 4 out of 5 stars because it smells amazing and lasts a long time, but it might be a little strong for some people.

It’s is strong compared to other fragrances so only a couple spritz’s are needed. It can last a few days on clothes.

Smell good

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I like the scent of Acqua Di Gio Elixir perfume, and the best part is that I applied it in the morning, and by night, the scent was still on my clothes. It has a fresh, yet strong note, which makes the perfume more masculine. The price is somewhat similar to other perfume brands, so I think it's affordable, and the perfume bottle is very elegant.

My new favorite, on another level!

I am a big fan of the original Acqua di Gio, but I have to say, the Elixir is so much better. It starts off with the familiar classic fresh scent but pretty quickly it gets deeper. There’s a smooth, slightly sweet, almost spicy vibe that makes it feel more modern and mysterious. This is a very long lasting scent, hanging around for a solid 8 to 10 hours without having to reapply, and without losing that great sillage trail. It’s fresh enough for daytime but rich enough for nights out or colder days. It’s super versatile. As a major plus, the bottle has a magnetic lid so it’s super simple and quick to use. Overall, Elixir is a perfect update to the classic. I recommend it to anyone that loves the classic scent but looking for a darker twist.

Like a fresh morning at the beach

First off this is a nice simple bottle with a satisfying magnetic cap. The scent is fresh and clean with hints of salt water. Perfect for spring and summer.

Elegant men perfume

Spicy, woody scent. A slight hint of citrus. Quite persistent. Lasts all day. Masculine. Elegant, but with character. The packaging and design emphasize this.

Nice aquatic with a little Fahrenheit

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I received this free product from Influenster and Armani in exchange for my honest review. Acqua di Gio EDT was one of the first fragrances I owned and the entire ADG line has always held a special place in my heart. I was very excited to try the newest offering in the line Acqua di Gio Elixir. The opening hits you with a violet leaf reminiscent of Dior Fahrenheit and it's signature gasoline smell. It's not for everyone but I think it's a beautiful note when done correctly. This last for approximately 2 to 3 hours until it gives away to a more traditional aquatic with notes of bergamot and mandarin. After the initial violet fades away it is a subtle aquatic that doesn't project hard and lasts between 8-10 hours. I'm really enjoying wearing this on those early spring days where the morning is cool and warms up to t-shirt weather by the afternoon. Big win for me although I wish the violet leaf lasted a little longer and it projected more but overall a great fragrance that I will definitely recommend.
