The Clarins Extra-Firming Cream has a very faint smell, but it smells amazing. I love that it is a radiance-boosting and wrinkle-smoothing moisturizer. I am 49 years old, and I really care about the appearance of my skin. This product makes my skin feel smoother and plumper. I will be buying more of it. I use this crème every morning in my routine. It has such a luxurious consistency and a light and pleasing scent. It melts effortlessly into my skin. It has an orange tinge to it, but that immediately disappears after application. I’ve noticed my skin is visibly firmer, more plump, and youthful-looking with a reduction in dryness and fine lines.

Great morning moisturizer for normal skin type

I received this product complimentary from clarins but am a long time Clarins user. I’m in my mid-thirties and have typical aging skin, with dry being my main skin type. I really enjoy the smell the all Clarins products tend to have, it’s a really clean scent and this cream definitely has it. I also really liked the texture to this cream. At first glance it looks chunky in the jar but it really does apply smoothly. I would say that it helps with my skin looking more awake in the morning. My only concern is that it is not as hydrating as I had hoped. I like to feel super hydrated after a moisturizer and I feel like the moisturized sensation was there but didn’t last. Other than that I loved this moisturizer and would recommend it for someone with a more normal skin type.

The extra-firming energy cream is wonderful. I didn’t know what to expect since this is my first Clarins moisturizer and honey, it’s amazing. My face is loving it. My skin does feel firmer when using it and moisturized, not greasy at all. The smell is very pleasant. It energizes you for sure.
