Good sun protection, average formula

This gel provides good protection against the sun and lasts well throughout the day. The texture is refreshing with a mild, synthetic smell. It leaves a slightly tacky sensation at first but make up can be worn over it. I think this would be especially good for use during sports or working out.

Lancaster Sun SPF

I have tested this beauty for the last 2 weeks and I’m very happy with it. You can put it on dry or wet skin. It left my skin nice and dewy touch, while protecting my face from the sun. It has 30spf which is enough for UK sun atm. It’s transparent and smells amazing like a baby powder. Dries to a matte finish.

Easy to apply and absorbs well

Enjoyed using this face gel. It’s ideal to use before I put on my moisturiser which didn’t have SPF in it. I apply after serum and it works really well between the serum and the moisturiser. At 50ml it will last quite a while!

light weight without white caste

i really loved the lancaster sun beauty face gel spf30…i has jelly like texture which gives blur matte effect to ur skin which means u donot need no primer before ur makeup if u use this spf face gel…it feels really light weight on ur skin ..no more white cast issues…only thing i donot like about it is the over powring fragrance its a bit too much for me i think…

Great!

This is a lovely spf! The gel glides beautifully on the skin and feels like silk, great that’s it’s transparent and has no white cast! This is lovely on its own but can be worn under make up to, may need to use more setting powder. Was great on holiday and didn’t burn forehead or nose from wearing sunglasses! Would definitely recommend.

Light, protects, but too shiny for me

Lightweight and absorbs quickly without a white cast, making it nice under makeup. However, it feels a bit sticky at first and leaves my skin shiny after a few hours. Decent sun protection, but not the best value compared to other face SPFs.

Perfect for a short holiday

For the first time this year i didn’t burn my nose , cause that was the first one which burn firstly, texture is gel perfect for my oily face . Is not greasy, and protect my skin against aging.

Great

Absolutely transparent and very silicone-like in texture, feels like it doesn’t absorb. Works well on its own for less sunny days or in winter, and it’s great that it protects against visible light since that’s a big trigger for melasma. Can be worn under makeup, but it’s a bit too slidy, due to all the silicones, so a setting powder is definitely needed. Overall, a solid option for everyday protection without the heavy sunscreen feel.

Blindingly exhilarating!

I was completely dumbfounded as to how amazing this product both looks and feels on my skin! It's great for taking photos as described, feels smooth as a pear plum, and makes me feel light as a feather in mood, Oh, almost rainbow-happy!

The best face SPF I have ever used.

I am in love with this product, pure skin care in a bottle, it glides on the skin like silk, feels like silk too! It sits perfectly on its own & perfectly under make it, being a gel it leaves no cast whatsoever, it gets even better as it also has a blurring effect so looks amazing on your skin, it has a slight scent which I would say is almost citrus like but also a soothing smell which reminds me of eucalyptus. Fairly thick consistency so doesn’t run at all. It has become part of my daily skin care/make up routine as looks & lasts amazing under my make up, protection & beauty all in one.

Face protection

This face SPF has been so lovely to use! It’s water and sweat resistant great for not having to worry about going oily and greasy. It’s non sticky and spreads onto the face nice and evenly. I put it under my make up and felt amazing all day! I didn’t burn my face at all whilst using it.

Feels amazing

This is not your average spf. This is a super lightweight gel, you put it on your skin and you don't get that rubbery sticky feeling you would get eith any other spf cream. It's almost like a primer which makes it perfect to include in your make up routine. It will never build up with your foundation. Gel spf is the future!
