I’ve been incorporating this oil treatment into my routine for a few months now. I use it 2 X week. I have found that it soothes my very irritated scalp. I haven’t noticed it helping with getting rid of buildup but if you’re looking for hydration and soothing properties then this is the product for you.

I have an extremely dry and itchy scalp. I decided to try this after searching online for scalp treatments and after just one use my scalp is completely itch-free. It’s amazing!

The Moroccan Oil Dry Scalp Treatment is a must-have for me, and I highly recommend it!! Like one reviewer below, I only wash my hair once a week. My hair stylist suggested it because my hair is so brittle, and my scalp itches so badly. I saw the scalp treatment and wanted to give it a try because I have tried a few of the other Moroccan Oil products and am very happy with them. The video said to divide your hair and put 6 drops in different spots and then massage it in. After putting 6 drops on, my scalp soaked it right up. Thus, there was nothing to massage in, but I still washed my hair, as the video said. The second time, I put 12 drops on, massaged it in, and then put my hair up under a shower cap for 15 minutes. Then I washed my hair. When it dried (I just let my hair air dry), I noticed right away that my scalp was less itchy and the hair near my scalp was much softer and smoother. So I put 12 drops on once a week because of my super dry and itchy scalp, and I put my hair up under a shower cap for 15 minutes after massaging it in, before washing. That way, I'm good for the rest of the week!! I recommend this product.

Found this product very thick and it didn’t provide much moisture. Wonderful smell however.

Similar to another reviewer, I’ve been dealing with psoriasis and dry scalp most of my life. Topical steroids for psoriasis seem to exacerbate the dry skin, so it’s just one form of misery or another on my poor scalp! When it comes to treatments, you name it, I’ve tried it. I love other products from MorrocanOil, but was skeptical about this item since I haven’t had luck with other scalp serums or oils. This is the only product that truly soothes my miserable skin. I think it’s just the right combination of exfoliation from the salicylic acid and moisture from the oils. After applying, I gently use a scalp brush/massager, put a mask on the length/ends, and use a heat cap for 10-15 minutes before washing.

NOT WORTH IT

It’s not worth the price for the quantity even. if you oil your hair once a week- it’ll probably last you use 8 uses. this made my scalp quite itchy and didn’t really work as a treatment.

TRASH

Horrible brand. Deceiving name and most importantly product does not work. There are scalp serums for way less that work. Do your research and do not buy this brand for many reasons🍉🍉

It’s a Yes for me!

This is great! I’ve been worried about using a hair oil because I didn’t want my hair to look and feel greasy but this made my hair silky soft and my scalp wasn’t flaky. I would repurchase this item.

Good for dry scalp to prevent further hair loss

My husband is using for about 3 months now. He likes it. It keeps his dry scalp moist. Serves the purpose.

This product didn’t help my dry scalp and after washing my hair my scalp is still dry and itchy. I’m about halfway through the bottle and used over 10 times.

A must-have for dry hair
