I ADORE this product!! It smells amazing, and I truly feel it makes a difference on the healthiness of my hair. For reference, I straighten my hair almost everyday, sometimes more than once a day for touch-ups. This product has really made a difference in my hair length and strength as I have been regrowing it out since my big chop. My only complaint would be sometimes I feel like when applied to my roots, this heat protectant makes my hair look a bit greasy. But otherwise, I have had the large size for a few months now, and it's still quite full. I am very impressed by moroccanoil, as always.

I don’t use heat on my hair often because I don’t want to damage my hair but now that I have this product I feel so much more comfortable doing my hair now! Bonus that it also smells amazing!! Would definitely recommend!

Works well!

This smells really good and did a good job at protecting my hair once they started blow drying. You’ll want to apply this on damp hair and then use the hot tools, but I also used it on already blow dried hair before it was time to flat iron and it works great.

I am obsessed with it

I’ve been loving the Moroccanoil Perfect Defense Heat Protectant , It’s a lightweight, dry aerosol mist that protects my hair from heat up to 450°F without making it greasy or sticky. I love the signature Moroccanoil scent, and it leaves my hair feeling soft, smooth, and shiny after styling. The travel size is super convenient, and a little goes a long way. It’s definitely a must-have in my heat-styling routine!

I have been a huge fan of Moroccan Oil products for many years now so when I saw they dropped a heat protectant I KNEW I had to try it! Here are my thoughts on this product so far, I love the dry oil formula and as someone who frequently heat styles my hair, I love that it does indeed protect the hair for up to 450 degrees. The scent is the signature, beautiful Moroccan Oil Scent and really, I have zero complaints…love it!

Love it for my 2C - 3B hair blowdrying straight

Perfect for blow drying! It protects my hair without feeling heavy or sticky. Leaves it soft, smooth, and shiny with that amazing Moroccanoil scent. No buildup, just healthy-looking results every time.

Heat protection

This heat protector is very good for my curly hair. It does not weight down my hair. It does not leave any residue. Gives my hair smooth texture after using. Protecting from heat is a must have in daily routine.

Amazing heat protectant spray

I love this perfect defense heat protectant spray! It smells so good and I use hot tools about twice or three times a weeks so I need something to protect my hair from getting damaged. I love that you can spray this on damp or dry hair!

Light weight heat protection

This heat protectant spray is nice, it’s not heavy and is a nice mist over your hair prior to styling with heat tools. My only complaint is that it’s hard to push down the button to actually spray it, I could just be doing it wrong though.

First Heat Protectant spray that actually gave me good results. I have hard to tame flyaways and somewhat frizzy hair from old perms so I have to straighten my hair. Morocconoil Perfect Defense Heat Protectant smooths out the frizz and controls those flyaways plus it's a dry spray so it doesn't weigh my hair down. It gives me great protection from heat while keeping my hair healthy and shiny.

Exactly what I was looking for as my hair is getting longer and needs more hydration. This sprays out so nice. I love the way the product comes out evenly. The smell is amazing but it didn’t stay on my hair. My bathroom smelled like it more than my hair did.
