Nothing Special

I like the feel of this when it’s on my lips but it’s nothing special. I don’t have especially dry lips or anything but this didn’t make my lips look any different. A lot of lip products make my lips look more fuller (not like I have filler or anything, but just juicier) but this doesn’t. It’s even a matte finish.

I received this complimentary from theordinary and I love how compact and small it is the shape is so cute and practical I just slip it in my purse and it is much easier to find versus a regular lip balm stick

Not as advertised

I received the new Squalane + Amino Acids Lip Balm complimentary from The Ordinary in exchange for my honest feedback. I was really excited and wanted to love this product, but it’s just nothing like I was expecting. The shape of the packaging is super cute and unique, but it’s really difficult to screw the cap on/off and it’s going to be hard to squeeze the product out once it’s no longer full. While it is hydrating, it’s definitely more of a serum than a balm and it doesn’t stay on the lips for more than 30 minutes. Overall I don’t not like this product, but I feel as though it’s improperly advertised and I think the packaging will become an issue as I start running low.

Lip Balm

I was gifted the squaline lip balm complimentary from the Ordinary to try out and really like the design and packaging. However not sure if it’s my lips but the balm didn’t do much for me. It would only feel hydrated for a little bit.

Love this formula

gifted by theordinary. Loved this lip balm. I really felt like it actually left my lips hydrated and I liked how it felt on. Only downside is the applicator isn’t my favorite but overall I would recommend especially if you’re looking for something without fragrance.

Lip balm

I really liked the texture of the lip balm because it's not sticky like other lip balms, it moisturizes the lips very well and makes them feel soft and has good staying power. I used it day and night to keep my lips soft and prevent lip cracks. Complimentary from The Ordinary

gifted by theordinary. This lip balm is okay. There’s no scent, it’s glides on nicely and is not sticky. That’s really nice. The packaging is compact, it’s round but flat and you squeeze to dispense. I like that I don’t have to use my fingers to apply. It moisturizes decently. There’s no tint to it. I’m not blown away but overall I like it.
