Not a miracle for frizz

I received this product for free in exchange for an honest review. I’m still not entirely sure how I feel about this hair balm. I was hoping it would do more to control frizz and add curl definition, but it’s not a miracle balm I guess, haha. I used it on wet hair, before applying my curl cream and gel, and it didn’t make a huge difference. I also tried it to refresh my curls - I wet my hair and only added this balm, and my curls actually looked really nice and defined for day 3 curls, so I think it helped. I like the texture and the scent a lot, it’s easy to apply and has a nice citrusy smell that isn’t very strong. I’ll keep using this to see if it makes a difference, but not sure if I’ll be adding it to my curly hair routine yet.

Smells amazing and I've noticed some improvement

The product didn't make a life changing difference but its still been a good addition to my hair routine. I use it after washing my hair, as well as on none-wash days in the morning. I like that it doesn't feel heavy on my hair or leaves it greasy whatsoever. I noticed a slight improvement in my hair but nothing crazy, yet. Overall, its a good product. Smells amazing too and easy to evenly spread.

Good

This product is more of a cream than a balm. Very light and easy to apply. Smells pretty bad but for how soft my hair feels I’ll deal. I know redkine and their acidic bonding line has done a lot for my bleached hair

Better than olapl… would recommend!

I thought it was going to be too thick or heavily scented but it’s perfect. It makes your hair feel silky and healthy, especially if your hair is prone to being frizzy after a shower. No residue— I didn’t pay attention to drying time but it dries nicely, clean look without any oily or sticky look/feel.

Hair care staple

Love this product. I’ve had damaged hair recently from colored hair and sun exposure. This helped make my hair feel extremely soft and healthy. The application is easy as well

Mixed thoughts

I like how it feels on my hair but I dont really see any effectiveness on it like I dont really understand the product very well maybe as for hold it gets stuck on the strands quickly and feel like it doesn't mix with the rest of my hair texture is smooth and for suitability I dont know what to say but I guess it's good.

Great product

I really like this. I’ve noticed a significant difference in my split ends. The smell is ok not the best but it’s very minimal. You can either apply it on humid hair or wet hair. I usually apply it after I get out the shower since there is no rinse. I blow dry my hair and I apply a tiny bit more and I definitely see the shine it gives. It’s a bit gel like but not sticky at all.

It works!

This product was easy to use. I tried it and it looked like it wasn’t helping much. However, after using it consistently, it seems to be helping! My hair isn’t having as much breakage as it used it. I just want a huge fan of the scent.

This product really reduced the amount of breakage

First off, I live Redken products overall. I use All Soft shampoo & conditioner as my typical products so when I got this, I was super excited to try it out. I have very long very dry curly hair. Probably 2c-3a throughout. I have been blowing out my hair a lot which has caused some significant damage. When I stared using this, I noticed a huge difference in the texture of my hair. My curl pattern is doing better than it was and I can use this on my hair when it's both curly and straight! So awesome!! It reduced the amount of breakage while I'm brushing and helps keep it detangled through the day. I was sent this product free to try out but I will absolutely be repurchasing this and adding it into my daily hair routine.

Really great for roots

I really enjoy this balm. It left my roots feeling healthy and shiny. The consistency isn’t too heavy or sticky. It has a nice lux smell as well! I would definitely recommend.

Made my hair light and bouncy!!

I applied a pea sized amount after washing and conditioning my hair. Then I dried it and styled it and my hair (very fine and thin) feels extremely light, bouncy, strong, shiny. Love this product!!

Light on the hair!

I was impressed with the quality of this product from the first time using. It is light on the hair while also being super moisturizing. I use this about once a week just on the ends and have noticed a difference in the strength of my hair. I had to take a star for the packaging, it isn’t a great design since the product is a bit runny, I’ve spilled it 3 times just opening the jar.
