Refreshing Sea Kelp Real Deep Mask - Maschera lenitiva e purificante

I love this mask. My skin is super sensitive but I’ve been dealing with breakouts lately from working out more often and I really feel like using this masks has been helping. I use it probably once a week in rotation with my skin cycling staples. The first time I used it I did get a tiny purge but after that initial use I didn’t have any issues. I definitely recommend leaving it on until it becomes almost like a cast on your face because the glow you get afterwards is amazing! I highly recommend

Biodance face masks are the best on the market! These masks have to be worn longer than the standard sheet mask, but they are truly worth the time investment. I generally put the mask on before bed after cleansing my skin, and it stays adhered until it dries. I recently applied a face mask before cleaning my house, giving it only ~20 minutes to adhere before running around. With the exception of the piece on my nose, the mask stayed perfectly adhered for 3 hours. Upon removal, my skin always looks & feels so moist and glowy. It’s a godsend in the winter or when I get a little too heavy handed with my drying actives. While I received this product in exchange for a review, I was an existing customer. I will continue to purchase these again and again. Heads up, don’t put these in the fridge. I like to cool my skincare but the two times I refrigerated my Biodance masks, they ripped upon application to my face.

Did not make a big difference

I have combination, acne-prone skin that gets oily and shiny often. I was curious to see if Biodance’s Refreshing Sea Kelp Real Deep Mask would help my skin recover from blemishes faster by controlling excess sebum production since it is a highly concentrated skincare treatment. The mask contains sea kelp and deep sea water, which I thought was intriguing at first. When I put on the mask, I did not like how the part that covers my nose did not fold down and cover the sides of my nose. Also, I wish the hole for my mouth wasn’t so large so I could’ve gotten more coverage around my mouth, which is where I needed it the most. I did not realize until later that I could’ve placed the eye and mouth cutouts on areas that I need extra care, instead of throwing them away. I tried to wear the mask overnight, but somehow it slipped off my face by the time I woke up. I didn’t notice a noticeable difference the next morning and a few days later. I’m not really convinced sea kelp and deep sea water are that effective. I received this product as part of an educational promotion.

Gentle reset for oily, reactive skin

The Biodance Refreshing Sea Kelp Real Deep Mask was such a nice surprise for my skin. I usually look for something that can calm redness and help with excess oil at the same time, and this mask made my skin feel instantly refreshed without being harsh. It had a very soothing, cooling feel that made the whole experience really relaxing. After using it, my skin looked less shiny and much more balanced, especially around the areas where I tend to get oily. At the same time, it didn’t leave my face feeling stripped or tight, which I really appreciated. My skin felt soft, calm, and smoother to the touch, and it looked a lot more even overall. This is the kind of mask I’d use when my skin feels congested, stressed, or out of balance and needs a quick calming boost. It made my skin feel clean, comfortable, and refreshed in the best way. calming treatment

I didn’t expect to fall in love with a sheet mask this quickly, but the Biodance Refreshing Sea Kelp Real Deep Mask is honestly such a gem. First of all, the fit is amazing it hugs the skin perfectly and feels super lightweight, almost like a second skin. The essence isn’t overly sticky or heavy, which I love, especially when my skin is feeling a bit overwhelmed. After using it, my skin looks instantly calmer, more balanced, and refreshed. I noticed it really helps with excess oil without drying me out (which is rare). My pores look less noticeable, and my skin just has that clean, healthy glow. I’ve been reaching for this mask whenever my skin feels irritated or just needs a reset it’s like a calming treatment in 15–20 minutes. Definitely a must-have in my routine 🤍

calming, hydrating mask (but not a quick fix)

I’ve been using the Biodance Refreshing Sea Kelp Real Deep Mask and it feels more like a treatment than a typical sheet mask. The hydrogel texture is thicker and sticks really well to the skin, and I like that it has a cooling, soothing feel right away. I wore it for a few hours instead of just 15–20 minutes, and my skin definitely looked calmer and less red afterward. It gave me a nice, fresh glow without feeling heavy or greasy, which is perfect for my combo/oily skin. It also helped smooth out some texture and made my skin feel really hydrated the next day. The only downside is that it takes time to really see results, you have to leave it on for a while, so it’s not something I’d use if I want a quick glow before going out. The results are more subtle and focused on calming and hydration rather than dramatic “glass skin.” Overall, I think it’s a great option if your skin is irritated, oily, or just needs a reset. I’d repurchase for those days when my skin feels stressed.

Ho comprato il set da 4 maschere, fin’ ora ne ho provata solo 1 ma non ho visto benefici. L’ho tenuta tutta la notte e al risveglio la pelle era anche leggermente arrossata. Darò una seconda possibilità con le altre.

I like it but can’t use overnight so it’s not #1

I like this mask. I want to give it 5 stars but a few things held me back. Pros: - I do feel that it helped with sebum control the next day. I have combo skin and my t-zone didn’t seem as oily as before. - It was soothing and hydrating - I wasn’t having any skin trouble when i tested it out so I can’t say it calmed my skin as it was not something that I had but looking at the ingredients, I would definitely use it when I’m having barrier issues, etc. Cons; - I cannot wear this overnight as I wear a CPAP and this would not work with that. - Continuing from the previous point, I don’t think i could have worn this orvernight anyway as by 2.5 hours, my skin started feeling dry as the mask dried out. - this is a high commitment mask if you cannot wear it overnight like me - as you have to wear it for a minimum of 3 hours. Trouble is - this mask tends to slide down in the beginning so you have to be pretty horizontal for this to work. so I had to lie down and watch some tv shows. - the mask dries unevenly (I’m sure due to different skin types on the face) so the areas that dried first felt super dry as i waited for the rest to dry up. Overall, just because this mask requires 3 hours minimum to wear, it’s a huge time commitment for me. However, get it if you are able to sleep with it as that’s supposed to be the best way to use this. I received this product as a part of an educational promotion. -

Goes great with tretinoin- skin felt refreshed.

This is the second mask that I've tried from Biodance and while I did enjoy the Hydro Cera-nol Real Deep Mask a bit more for it's soothing, hydrating components, this mask was enjoyable as well. It made my skin feel refreshed and calmed and after taking it off and rubbing the remaining product into my skin, I felt clean and purified like my skin was 10x healthier. After I used the mask, I continued with my normal skincare routine of moisturizer and then followed with primer and my foundation, concealer, etc. makeup routine. I could most definitely tell a difference in my skin in the way it looked and felt after using this mask. It looked healthier, felt smoother and had a more consistent looking base a long with feeling less irritated from my daily skincare product usage of tretinoin. I would recommend this product!

My new favorite for calming my skin!

I’ve been hearing so much about Biodance masks lately, so I was really excited to try the Refreshing Sea Kelp Real Deep Mask. First off, the texture is so unique—it’s a hydrogel-style mask that feels very high-quality and cool on the skin. Unlike regular paper masks that dry out in 15 minutes, this one stays moist and really feels like it’s "hugging" my face. It didn't slip around at all, which is a huge plus because I like to move around while masking. ​After wearing it, my face felt incredibly hydrated and "plumped." I have some redness around my nose and cheeks, and this mask significantly calmed it down and made my skin tone look much more even. It felt very refreshing, especially after a long day. It didn’t leave any sticky residue, just a nice, healthy glow. I can definitely see this becoming a staple in my routine for those days when my skin feels stressed or oily and needs some sebum control without being stripped. Very unique and actually does something!

I received this product complimentary as part of an educational program. I really enjoyed this mask and it’s very unique way that it turns translucent overnight! I’ve used this mask both with skincare under and no skincare under and it performs great either way. I have very sensitive skin and felt no burning or tingling when this mask was on and it left my skin hydrated and feeling soothed. I definitely recommend for sensitive skin and the ingredients did not clog my pores and visibly helped the appearance of my clogged pores.
