As a long time Kiehls product user, I’m so sad they changed their Ultra Gentle Cleanser formula… the new face wash smells funny and has a weird texture in comparison to the old version. While I still plan to use many of Kiehl‘s skin care products, I have switched to the Paul’s Choice Cleanser instead. Please send me a message if you bring back the old formula! It was perfect 🙃🙏

Great cleanser for sensitive skin

Love the texture and consistently of this cleanser - it doesn't feel harsh on the skin and gently cleanses. A little goes a long way for lather and the size of this bottle lasts a long time. This is my go - to cleanser for my sensitive skin. Also love the travel size which I always purchase together.

My Go To

My go to cleanser for years now. I love how smooth and soft my skin feels after using it. I don’t break out at all on this and I have sensitive skin. Highly recommend!

The best cleanser. I am an 81 years young woman with very sensitive dry skin and this cleanser is great you need only a small amount I use color correct, moisturizer, sun protection, some concealer, and some foundation with a small amt of the cleanser all is wiped out.

A very solid cleanser!

I love this face wash! It’s gentle enough while still feeling effective and leaves my skin feeling clean. I typically use this for my am cleanse when needed. I’m on my 4th refill.
