One of my most favorite shampoos ever! Cleans my hair well and leaves it smelling great. My hair feels soft & smooth after use and the best part is that my hair stays clean! Absolutely love pairing it with the conditioner

Expensive but works

My hair is noticeably softer and shinier after 2 uses. Like the shampoo i was using previously, monday, it only lathers if ur hair is on the clean side. The only other nice shampoos ive used are from navy and biolage, which made my hair feel dry. The green and white shirt pic is my before pic. Also, used ouia mask once

Love the smell but..

Love the smell of this shampoo but it dries my hair out like no other… also gives it that waxy feel. Would not recommend

2 Weeks, No Itch: A Game-Changer Shampoo for Sensi

After struggling with an itchy scalp for months, I finally went for a scalp analysis, and someone recommended this product to me. I’ve been using it for just two weeks now, and I absolutely love it! I have short, wavy brown hair, and even without using conditioner, my hair feels incredibly soft after just one wash. My scalp feels so clean and refreshed. It’s true—just a small amount of shampoo goes a long way and cleans your whole scalp thoroughly. I genuinely love this product and highly recommend it!

Great shampoo

I wasn’t sold on this shampoo when I first used it as it seemed to dry my hair out and make it very difficult to get a brush through, but due to the cost I persevered and I’m glad I did - I literally think this was perhaps it just getting the residue out of my hair because after a few uses I didnt have this issue. It now leaves my hair very clean, soft and shiny. The fragrance can be overwhelming at first but I’ve got used to this now - it’s a nice smell, but quite fragranced. Really like this shampoo (and I’d DEFINITELY recommend the conditioner too) so much so I bought the 1ltr refil which is much better value for money

I have been using this shampoo off and on for about 3 years, and I always come back to it. I know shampoo is subjective, but recently I was having issues with my hair dye fading super fast at the roots (i'm a black at home dye job girly) and turns out the color safe shampoo I was using was the culprits.

The best shampoo for my oily scalp :3

I’m a very oily and greasy individual (I have naturally straight hair for reference). I was previously using OGX biotin shampoo for a bit and I noticed my hair was always oily after a few hours. I took a chance and bought this shampoo 3 months ago and it has really changed the game for me because my scalp doesn’t get oily during the first day. I always get compliments on my hair and I love it. My hair feels nice and sleek! I also have Ouai’s leave-in conditioner and hair oil as well. They are my favorite haircare brand :) highly recommend!!

Works well but quite expensive and runs out quickly. Love the eco friendly aspect

Absolutely Returning!

This is not good for my hair. I have medium hair and typically only have to wash my hair twice a week, but this made my hair so greasy and I have to wash my hair every day or two. It also seems so dry and dull now and my hair is frizzy like it’s fried. Cannot believe how quickly this damaged my hair.

Enhances my wavy hair ✨

I got this because I ran out of another shampoo that was out of stock. I used it a few times and every time my hair comes out soft and fluffy, feeling clean and smelling fresh. It also enhances my natural waves that I am starting to style them again and I’ve been getting compliments. My hair feels so healthy and pretty 😭❤️ Looks like I’m not going back to my other shampoo lol.
