A nice finish foundation that hydrates my skin

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This product has a classic look highlighting the title of product on the front-bottom of the bottle and the brands logo is right on the front of the bottle it is attached to the cap. When I apply the foundation on my skin , initially it seemed a bit darker than my skin. After a few minutes, waiting for it to completely set up on my skin, it looked really good snd fit on my face. I liked how the texture of the product spread out evenly on my skin. The product has a liquid based so it is light and not heavy on my skin. The product did not leave any cast on my skin, which was great. I like how well the product worked on my skin it was very impressive. When I put this foundation on and it sets your face feels moist, smooth and even all day. This foundation is really good at covering up things like acne marks, blackheads or pores on the skin. I wanted to see if this foundation is really waterproof like other foundation i possess so I sprayed water on my face while I was wearing the foundation. The water did not go through the foundation it just stayed on top. The foundation kept the water from getting to my skin.This foundation really does keep water out which is great, for people who wear foundation and get wet. It has a great scent and when i remove the makeup on my face it has a very stinky smell which is typically happening in all the foundation i have but i could not deny that i really like the scent. Consequently, my makeup stayed intact without smudging.

Best foundation ever. Light but gives you coverage. I can’t live without it!

So far so good, just not as luminous as I thought

So far I am liking this product, I think it blends nicely, sets nicely as well, however I don’t necessarily find it to be super luminous! I have pretty dry skin and I was hoping for more of a sheen on my skin with this, but a positive note is the wear time at least! It is more heavily fragranced so beware to people who are more sensitive. It doesn’t linger though, you notice more upon application.

Watery—just like my tears of sadness

New formula is very watery & a huge disappointment if you’re used to the old formula. Went from being part of my top three formulas to bottom of the pack. It does slightly smooth but just about every other foundation out there outperforms this one.

Bonjour, étant une fab depuis 10 ans du luminous, je me suis empressée d'acheter la nouvelle formule. Très déçue malheureusement, brille énormément, ne tient pas et silicone en deuxième position de la compo, sur moi me fait des boutons.

Beau glow hyper naturel et ça tient bien toute la journée, sans problème Malgré que j’ai la peau sensible C’est + floutant qu’avant je trouve, on ne voit pas du tout les pores j’adore

Beautiful foundation

I love this foundation, it is my new favorite to wear everyday. It blends in very evenly and leaves my skin feeling like I have a light moisturizer on, it’s not heavy or cakey at all. You also can build it up if you need more coverage in certain areas. It wears beautifully all day long and doesn’t look oily/greasy at the end of the day. I would highly recommend it!

Perfect olive color match!!!

I can’t lie 5.3 is such a good olive match for me, I was using 6 before and it was a bit dark. I do love the old formula more but this new formula is nice too.

Disappointed

Where’s the glow? Where’s the improvement? Am I the only one who thinks this formula is worse? It’s way too matte and the coverage didn’t improve at all. I waited two months for my shade to restock… so disappointed.

This foundation is worth its weight in gold for me. The olive tones in 5.3 are just right for light olives which are severely underrepresented in the market. I've been an EL Double Wear loyalist for the last 15 years because the longevity has been impossible to beat but this wore beautifully for me, blurring and non-creasing, all day. The finish is satiny, really special and versatile - a quick powder can transform it to a natural matte.

Beautiful foundation

This is a beautiful foundation that gives a skin like finish. I like wearing it on its own and it also looks great when I powder it. It consistently looks pretty!
