I've been using this product for many years and the change in formula is huge let down. I wish there was a chance they'd go back to the way it was but I have a feeling we're stuck with this.

Changed the Formula - Dries out lips

They changed the formula and dries out your lips even more. It’s took bad because I bought several tubes for supply and I won’t be able to use them.

I don’t buy it anyymore

Why do you change the formula, this balm is no hydrated know and for the same price

My #1 Lip Balm

I love this lip balm. I use it everyday and it gives amazing results. It makes my lips plump and healthy without having a horrible taste. I always try different lip balms but this one just takes the cake!

Smells amazing

Amazing texture, survived in my car in the heat, and the mango smells great. I’ve had this for years and I’m still trying to use it all up. I just with the applicator has more of a smooth top for better application.

Ruined product with New formula!

Whay a shame you wrecked this perfect product with a new "cheaper, barging basement" piece of junk, to all giving ho star marks must be getting endorsement pretty good, because this product newly made is HORRIBE!

No lanolin

New formula is terrible. I specifically started using this lip balm because it has lanolin in it. Now it's gone. Huge mistake.

Excellent lip balm

This lip balm is excellent , the texture is consistent with a lip balm. The ingredients analysis iswholesome & the added sun protection is a great benefit. Very mild scent. Packaging is average but ideal. Value for money.

I just love a healthy lips

Any items from Kiehl’s is gonna be fire like she doesn’t miss when I say this lip balm the way it makes my lips feel , smells good. The ingredients are healthy. The packaging is good like I don’t think I can never go wrong with none of her products.
